8:01 a.m.-A 911 hang-up call from the 1600 block of Marion Road was investigated.
8:35 a.m.-A report of a person attempting to break into a residence on Hull Avenue was unfounded.
9:30 a.m.-A report of a possible trespasser in the 800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.
9:33 a.m.-Officers issued a parking warning ticket in the 300 block of Short Street.
9:37 a.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
12:01 p.m.-Officers assisted the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office in the 100 block of East Liberty Street. MCSO recovered property at that location.
12:45 p.m.-A minor accident at the intersection of Lane and Mary Streets was investigated.
12:54 p.m.-A report of the possible unauthorized use of a vehicle in the 800 block of Woodale Avenue was investigated.
3:51 p.m.- A report of a dog barking in the 800 block of Rogers Street was made.
4:13 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 100 block of Franklin Street.
6:52 p.m.- Kaleb Mills, 27, was arrested in the 500 block of East Warren Street on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
7:08 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 200 block of West Mary Street.
7:54 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 100 block of Fisher Street.
11:38 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant on Wilbur Street.

12:01 a.m.-A traffic citation was issued in the 700 block of South Sandusky Avenue for expired operator’s license.
1:39 a.m.-A sexual assault complaint was received and is under investigation.
3:01 a.m.-A report of a barking dog in the 600 block of East Oakwood Avenue was investigated and the owner was contacted about the complaint.
3:41 a.m.-Officers responded to a noise complaint in the 900 block of Whetstone Street and it was a verbal domestic incident. Jessica Goodin, 36, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.
