7:05 a.m.-Officers investigated a reckless driver complaint on Marion Road.

8:13 a.m.-Officers investigated a parking complaint in the 100 block of Songer Avenue.

10:23 a.m.-Officers investigated an alarm drop in the 300 block of Mansfield Street. It was a false alarm.

12:25 p.m.-Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street.  A summons was issued for an unrelated case.

2:09 p.m.-A theft complaint was made in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

3:03 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

3:25 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding a prior case.

3:37 p.m.-People were warned against trespass in the 100 block of Penn Avenue.

3:59 p.m.-A person came to the station to report unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The vehicle was located and returned to its owner.

4:17 p.m.-A domestic situation in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.

4:33 p.m.-A report of kids throwing snowballs at a vehicle in the 200 block of West Mary Street was investigated.

5:22 p.m.-Officers served junk vehicle notice in the 200 block of Penn Avenue.

7:45 p.m.-Yvonne Ramage, 27, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.

8:39 p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 1700 block of Marion Road.  Edward Puryear, 33, was later located and arrested on a charge of domestic violence from this incident and two warrants out of Crawford County.  He was transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

10:00 p.m.-Officers provided an escort for an employee from Family Video.

12:20 a.m.-Multiple parking citations were issued by officers for parking over 48 hours.

4:06 a.m.-A disturbance in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

4:15 a.m.-Officers responded to a 911 call in the 1700 block of South Sandusky Avenue in which a person could be heard calling out for help. It was the suspect who had ran away from the domestic violence incident in the 1700 block of Marion Road earlier in the evening. He had fallen into water and was in need of assistance. Edward Puryear was transported to the hospital for care, then to the Crawford County Justice Center for domestic violence charge and active warrants.

4:42 a.m.-Officers checked a residence in the 600 block of East Warren Street after the resident thought she heard something outside her house. No one was located in the area and nothing appeared to be disturbed.
