11:39 a.m.-Officers assisted a person experiencing mental issues in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

12:22 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding a theft.

1:52 p.m.-Officers checked on a person in the 700 block of Hopley Avenue.

3:23 p.m.-A disturbance in the area of Woodbine Apartments was investigated.

3:54 p.m.-A parking complaint in the 600 block of East Charles Street was investigated.

4:06 p.m.-A minor accident was investigated in the 500 block of East Southern Avenue.

4:30 p.m.-Officers served three income tax summons in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

5:15 p.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 400 block of West Rensselaer Street.

5:20 p.m.-A disturbance in the 200 block of Penn Avenue was investigated. It was a parking complaint between tenants and was a landlord-tenant civil issue.

5:33 p.m.-Officers checked on a vehicle in the ditch in the 1100 block of West Mansfield Street.

5:34 p.m.-A Garnet Court resident reported possible internet fraud.

6:54 p.m.-Brandon Hensel, 32, was arrested in the 500 block of North Sandusky Avenue on an outstanding warrant from Montgomery County.  He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await transport.

7:46 p.m.-Officers responded to a residential alarm in the 800 block of East Mansfield Street.

10:48 p.m.-Officers investigated a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the West Southern Avenue and Marion Road area involving a semi-truck and a Silverado.

5:02 a.m.-Officers were dispatched to assist the Ohio State Patrol in checking for a Prius stuck in a snowbank.

5:09 a.m.- Officers assisted with a disabled vehicle stuck in the snow by Taco Bell.

6:00 a.m.-Officers checked a report of a low hanging tree limb in the 500 block of Tiffin Street. The limb was off the roadway.
