8:00 a.m.-Ellen L Fast, 63, was arrested in the 100 block of Fisher Street and charged with domestic violence. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held pending a court appearance.

12:23 p.m.-A South Walnut Street resident reported vandalism to his property.

12:46 p.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street.

1:21 p.m.-A person came to the station to report threatening text messages.

1:22 p.m.-Officers assisted the Ontario Police Department in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

2:02 p.m.-An East Mansfield Street resident reported loud music in his area.

2:40 p.m.-Officers attempted to deliver a message in the 200 block of Schaber Avenue.

3:28 p.m.-Officers responded to a hit-skip accident in the 600 block of West Warren Street.

3:51 p.m.-A traffic stop was conducted in the West Southern Avenue and Marion Road area.

4:13 p.m.-A disturbance in the 100 block of Fisher Street was investigated.

4:18 p.m.-A person came to the station to report telecommunications harassment.

4:37 p.m.-A person stopped at the station to report a theft.

5:11 p.m.-Officers made a pickup of a syringe in the 200 block of East Mary Street.

5:30 p.m.-Officers conducted a traffic stop in the Tiffin Street area.

6:30 p.m.- Adam Young, 33, was arrested for violation of a civil protection order as well as two warrants out of Richland County. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held pending a court appearance.

6:31 p.m.-Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

7:29 p.m.-A disturbance in the 1900 block of Whetstone Street was investigated by officers.

8:26 p.m.-A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 800 block of Wilbur Street.

8:50 p.m.-Officers responded to a fight in the 400 block of East Charles Street.

11:42 p.m.-Officers checked a residence in the 500 block of Jones Street after receiving a 9-1-1 hang up call from the area. There was no emergency found.

8:30 a.m.-Officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of West Southern Avenue for a domestic dispute.  One party was gone prior to the officers’ arrival.

10:37 a.m.-Officers spoke to the owner of a dog that was reportedly running loose in the 400 block of Myers Street.

11:30 a.m.-Officers spoke to Walmart employees about a woman trespassing in the store.

3:58 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of Nauman Avenue.

4:28 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of vandalism in the 300 block of East Rensselaer Street.

4:50 p.m.-A reported theft was investigated in the 700 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

7:43 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 300 West Irving Street.

9:02 p.m.-A traffic stop was conducted in the South Sandusky Avenue and Warren Street area.

9:25 p.m.-A juvenile complaint was reported in the 1200 block of Willard Street.

9:28 p.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance personnel in the 200 block of East Mary Street.

9:30 p.m.-Officers responded to a business alarm in the 200 block of South Walnut Street.

9:44 p.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Sheriff’s Deputies with a suspicious person report in the 500 block of West Charles Street.

10:01 p.m.-Jonathon Fletcher, 31, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

11:30 p.m.-A traffic complaint in the 100 block of Heritage Circle was investigated.

1:41 a.m.-Nicholas Bourne, 31, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

2:05 a.m.-A verbal domestic disturbance was investigated in the 500 block of East Mansfield Street.

2:17 a.m.-A person in the 500 block of East Rensselaer Street reported being assaulted.

8:15 a.m.-Officers attempted to locate a man in the 1500 block of Marion Road for the Shelby Police Department.

9:35 a.m.-A hit-skip accident in the 200 block of Lawn Avenue was investigated. A fence and a fire hydrant were struck.

10:15 a.m.-Officers spoke to a man at the police department about identity theft.

10:58 a.m.-A domestic dispute in the 100 block of Fisher Street was investigated.

12:40 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 500 block of North Lane Street.

2:17 p.m.-Officers checked a trash complaint in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.

3:30 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of vandalism in the 800 block of South Spring Street.

5:12 p.m.-Officers responded to a residential alarm in the 1300 block of Home Circle Drive.

6:58 p.m.-A person stopped at the station to report potential fraud.

8:57 p.m.-Officers checked the area of Mansfield Street and Sandusky Avenue for a reckless driver.

9:57 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Franklin Street.
