2:47 p.m.- A report of a person being bitten by a dog was investigated in the 200 block of West Mary Street.
3:21 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 200 block of East Mary Street.
3:36 p.m.- A parking complaint was made in the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
3:55 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was made in the 100 block of West Charles Street.
4:29 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street.
4:38 p.m.- A report of a stolen wallet was made at the police department.
4:44 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 400 block of West Rensselaer Street.
5:54 p.m.- Valerie Howell, 46, was arrested in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street on a Crawford County warrant after officers responded to a civil standby. Howell was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
7:51 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 200 block of South Spring Street.
8:39 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 500 block of Kaler Avenue.
9:12 p.m.-A welfare check was requested in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.
9:20 p.m.- A juvenile report was taken in the 400 block of East Charles Street.
9:24 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated in the area of Emerson Street and North Sandusky Avenue.
9:59 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 600 block of Sears Street. The vehicle had left the area.
10:23 p.m.-A written traffic warning was issued in the 900 block of Marion Road.
11:18 p.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street was a medical issue.
