11:16 a.m.-A disturbance caused by a loud patron at the BMV was investigated and the person left the area.
12:03 p.m.-Officers responded to Woodbine Apartments after receiving a call about someone setting off fireworks in the area. The fireworks were located and confiscated. One of the involved parties was served a summons for failing to pay income tax.
1:00 p.m.-Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 1200 block of Monnett Street. Deann Brown, 41, was arrested on three Crawford County warrants. She was issued paperwork to appear in court and released.
2:33 p.m.-A disturbance caused by a loud patron at the Bucyrus Public Library was investigated.
3:13 p.m.-A missing person out of Marion County was located on South Poplar Street and arrested for the probation department. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.
3:40 p.m.-A resident in the 1100 block of East Warren Street reported items stolen from his shed.
3:53 p.m.-Officers checked Marion Road after receiving a report of an erratic vehicle coming into town. No vehicle matching the given description was located.
4:53 p.m.-Officers spoke to a resident at the police department about a civil property issue.
5:39 p.m.-A resident in the 500 block of South Poplar Street reported his lawn tractor stolen from behind his residence.
6:57 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was investigated in the area of Heritage Circle.
7:56 p.m.- A report of a person reported being harassed in the area of Woodbine Apartments was investigated.
8:35 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
8:38 p.m.-A report of a building open was investigated.
8:39 p.m.- Officers assisted Life Support Team EMS on Woodrow Avenue with a person experiencing mental health issues.
9:16 p.m.- A disturbance regarding custody of dogs was investigated in the 500 block of Plymouth Street.
9:46 p.m.- A report of dogs barking in the 500 block of South Spring Street was unfounded.
10:35 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 300 block of East Rensselaer Street with a person experiencing mental health issues.

12:15 a.m.-Officers on patrol checked on a suspicious vehicle parked in the 800 block of Gay Street and the person was writing music.
1:07 a.m.-A report of an audible alarm in the area of South Poplar Street was investigated.
1:38 a.m.-A report of an audible alarm in the area of Woodrow Avenue was investigated and it was unfounded.
4:21 a.m.-A report of loud music in the Woodbine Apartments area was investigated.
