7:40 a.m.-Officers checked the Pines Reservoir for a possible domestic issue. The parties left prior to officers’ arrival.
7:41 a.m.-Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 1700 block of Marion Road.
9:11 a.m.-Officers assisted Children Services in the 500 block of South Poplar Street.
10:33 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 700 block of East Oakwood Avenue.
10:43 a.m.-Officers checked the corner of Lane and Mary Streets after a report of a man lying in a yard. He was fine and taking a nap.
11:24 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of East Mary Street was investigated. He was gone upon officer’s arrival.
11:28 a.m.-A report of a burglary on Wallace Avenue was investigated.
11:55 a.m.-A report of possible drug activity in the 1400 block of Marion Road was investigated.
12:00 p.m.-Howard Gettings, 36, was cited for driving under suspension in the 100 block of North Spring Street.
12:54 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 500 block of South Poplar Street.
12:57 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street.
1:34 p.m.- A vandalism was reported in the 300 block of East Lucas Street. A mirror was damaged on a car.
1:35 p.m.- A two-vehicle crash was reported in the 100 block of East Center Street involving a westbound 1992 Chevy Blazer that struck a parked car. The woman driving was attempting to drive away when officers arrived. She was extremely intoxicated and had been consuming Bud Ice in the vehicle. Dawn Kessell of Chatfield was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.
1:39 p.m.- Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint and Howard Gettings, 36, was arrested in the 1600 block of Marion Road on charges of domestic violence. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
2:13 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person at the police department about a civil issue.
2:29 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. A man was intoxicated and resting in the mulch. He was taken to his mom’s residence.
3:39 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was made in the 1600 block of Marion Road. BORN provided assistance for the man.
3:58 p.m.-Officers spoke to a person about a possible stolen bicycle in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
4:38 p.m.-Officers spoke to an unruly juvenile in the 600 block of East Oakwood Avenue.
5:10 p.m.- A report of juveniles in the roadway, refusing to move for traffic, was reported on West Irving Street.
5:16 p.m.- A traffic stop was made on West Perry Street and North Sandusky Avenue and a citation was issued for no operator’s license. Takiyah Wright, 22, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant and drug possession. She was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
5:32 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was reported in the 1000 block of North Sandusky Avenue. They were travelers that were out of gas.
6:18 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 600 block of Hopley Avenue.
7:00 p.m.- Officers spoke to a resident in the 600 block of Aurora Street about his car having been taken by an acquaintance. His car was driven by the person arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence and for striking a parked car on East Center Street.
7:14 p.m.- A report of a dog barking was investigated in the 200 block of Gaius Street.
7:20 p.m.- Officers investigated a 911 hang-up call in the 1000 block of Wingert Street.
7:25 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Perry Street.
7:32 p.m.-A search warrant was served at 818 S. Sandusky Ave. The entry team consisted of officers of Bucyrus PD assisted by METRICH, Marion County S.O. Crawford County Special Response Team, comprised of Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, Galion Police, Crestline PD, Galion and Bucyrus Fire Departments. During the course of the search, six people were detained and a large amount of suspected methamphetamine, heroin and related drug paraphernalia was seized. The street value of the suspected methamphetamine was approximately $6,000. The search was the result of an investigation and information from numerous tips received. The incident remains under investigation and suspects in custody are being detained at the Crawford County Justice Center awaiting formal charges.
8:29 p.m.- A report of a noise disturbance was a motor repair in the 900 block of Reid Street.
9:16 p.m.- A traffic complaint was made on East Southern Avenue.
9:31 p.m.- A report of a disturbance was made in the Bucyrus Plaza area.
9:57 p.m.-A report of a male with a gun in the 300 block of Iron Street was unfounded.
10:07 p.m.-A report of kids playing basketball loudly in the area of East Southern Avenue and South East Street. was checked.
10:59 p.m.-Officers assisted a male at the station with a concern he had and transported him to his residence.
11:14 p.m.-Theodore Miller, 36, approached the search team at 818 S. Sandusky Ave. and was arrested on a felony warrant out of Crawford County. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

12:49 a.m.-A report of juveniles running around in the 1000 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.
2:09 a.m.-Individuals playing basketball at Aumiller Park were sent on their way as the park was closed.
3:06 a.m.-Officers on patrol checked on a suspicious vehicle in the 700 block of North Sandusky Avenue. They were waiting for a ride.
