8:06 a.m.-A report of a possible impaired driver in the 100 block of North Lane Street was unfounded.

8:33 a.m.-Tiara Hancock, 34, was issued a citation for driving under suspension in the area of Whetstone and East Warren Streets.

9:11 a.m.-Officers spoke with a business owner in the 100 block of West Warren Street regarding a semi-truck striking her building.

11:40 a.m.-A report of vandalism to a North Lane Street property was received.

1:42 p.m.-Officers assisted a woman experiencing landlord-tenant issues.

1:54 p.m.-A motorist was given a verbal warning for no visible license plate.

2:02 p.m.-Officer spoke with a South Spring Street resident regarding the possible theft of an Xbox.

2:28 p.m.-A report of a deer stuck on the fence at Oakwood Cemetery was investigated. The deer was dispatched and receipted.

3:18 p.m.- A report of a person soliciting without a permit was made in the 300 block of East Oakwood Avenue.

3:38 p.m.- A report of a person soliciting without a permit was made in the Woodbine Apartments area.

3:52 p.m.- Officers spoke to an unruly juvenile in the 900 block of Faustina Avenue.

4:47 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated at Aumiller Park. It was a verbal dispute and the instigator left the area.

4:50 p.m.- A traffic report was made on the North Poplar Street rail crossing and the train moved on.

4:53 p.m.- A vandalism report was taken in the 600 block of North Lane Street.

5:25 p.m.- A 911 open line call was investigated in the 1000 block of Lavina Avenue.

6:40 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 1600 block of Marion Road. The man involved took a walk to another location.

6:51 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 300 block of East Charles Street. A woman involved was damaging a vehicle and it was a civil dispute.

6:58 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing a mental problem.

6:59 p.m.-A report of a person shoplifting was taken in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

7:42 p.m.- Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Iron Street. People from Bucyrus Estates were walking and debating.

9:11 p.m.- A report was made of a dog barking in the 300 block of Joan Drive.

10:06 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was investigated on South Walnut Street.

10:10 p.m.- A parking complaint was made in the 400 block of West Rensselaer Street.

10:37 p.m.-A disturbance around the Bucyrus Elementary School was juvenile pedestrians that left the area.

11:23 p.m.-Officers spoke with some juveniles at the police department who thought they were being followed by someone they didn’t know.

12:09 a.m.-A resident in the 1300 block of Willard Street reported hearing a loud sound from her porch.  No one was located in the area and there was nothing missing or damaged.

2:41 a.m.-Officers investigated a 9-1-1 call from the 700 block of South Walnut Street. A person reported his vehicle missing.

2:43 a.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 1600 block of Marion Road was investigated. It was a couple that has been engaged in an ongoing verbal dispute and one party went to a different location.

2:55 a.m.-Officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 1000 block of East Warren Street. Jerome Clemons, 41, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.  He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
