7:09 a.m.-Officers picked up an abandoned bike in the 900 block of South East Street. The bike was returned to its owner a short time later.

8:42 a.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 200 block of Emerson Street.

11:21 a.m.-Officers spoke with a resident at the station regarding a property issue.

1:24 p.m.-Officers attempted a civil standby in the 100 block of Wayne Avenue.

1:36 p.m.-A man was spoken to about loud music in the 200 block of Penn Avenue.

1:52 p.m.-Officers picked up syringes in the 800 block of East Mansfield Street and disposed of them.

2:50 p.m.-A report will be forwarded to Juvenile Court for possible charges of underage use of tobacco after a 17-year-old Bucyrus boy was caught by an officer with a cigarette.

3:23 p.m.-A disturbance at Family Dollar was investigated.

3:54 p.m.-A report of a vehicle speeding on Hopley Avenue coming into town was investigated. No vehicle matching the description was located in the area.

4:55 p.m.-Dustin Harper, 25, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

5:48 p.m.-One income tax summons was served at the police department.

6:59 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant at Bucyrus Plaza.

7:55 p.m.-A domestic disturbance was investigated in the 400 block of Norton Way.

8:55 p.m.-A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to speak to an officer about a concerning text picture her daughter had received.

10:34 p.m.-A resident in the 800 block of Maple Street reported being threatened by someone she knows.

12:17 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1100 block of West Mansfield Street.

12:32 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 500 block of Failor Street.

12:57 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle at the Crawford County Fairgrounds.

1:14 a.m.-Officers assisted a Crawford County Sheriff’s Deputy in the Marion Road and Beal Avenue area.

1:42 a.m.-Officers checked the 200 block of Wayne Avenue regarding a barking dog.

2:23 a.m.-Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 200 block of Dudley Street.  A 41-year-old man was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County and was taken the Crawford County Justice Center.

2:39 a.m.-Officers assisted a Crawford County Sheriff’s Deputy on a traffic complaint on Tiffin Street at Irving Street.

3:45 a.m.-A report of a boxer dog running loose in the 600 block of Dudley Street was investigated.

4:41 a.m.-Officers arrested a 24-year-old man on a warrant out of Crawford County after a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of Sears Street. The man was released after being issued a court date.

6:21 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person walking in the 1200 block of Home Circle Dr.

7:44 a.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance between neighbors in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.

8:02 a.m.-Officers checked the area of Charles and Walnut Streets after a report of a motorist passed out in a vehicle. The motorist was gone upon officers’ arrival.

9:52 a.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 1100 block of Tiffin Street.

12:38 p.m.-Officers gave a 72-year-old woman a court date on a warrant in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

1:49 p.m.-Officers spoke to a woman at the police department about a scam.

2:44 p.m.-Officers picked up a vial of medication in the 500 block of Rogers Street and disposed of it.

4:05 p.m.-A resident in the 1600 block of Marion Road reported her wallet stolen sometime Friday evening.

5:17 p.m.-Officers investigated a parking complaint in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

5:46 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a vehicle striking a curb in the 100 block of West Perry Street.

6:09 p.m.-Officers checked for a 9-year-old boy who left the 300 block of West Irving Street without permission.

6:47 p.m.-A disturbance in the 1500 block of Marion Road was investigated.

7:47 p.m.-An employee at Walmart found a balloon filled with a white powder on one of the shelves.  The Bucyrus Fire Department was called in to collect the unknown substance.

8:27 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 900 block of Rogers Street.

8:43 p.m.-A house in the 500 block of Woodlawn Avenue was burglarized while the resident was away today. Officers are investigating.

9:42 p.m.-A report of an erratic driver in the area of South Sandusky and Beal Avenues was investigated.

9:46 p.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Iron Street was investigated.

12:43 a.m.-James Parker, 38, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

4:02 a.m.-A domestic disturbance was investigated in the 300 block of East Warren Street.

5:11 a.m.-Officers checked on a suspicious male in the 900 block of Reid Street. He had lost his keys earlier in the area and was trying to locate them.

6:09 a.m.-A resident in the 400 block of West Warren Street reported items stolen from her residence while she was gone overnight.

8:20 a.m.-Officers checked the 300 block of Arch Drive after a report of a woman acting suspicious.

10:09 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 1200 block of John Street.

10:17 a.m.-Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street.

11:50 a.m.-A parking complaint was received in the 500 block of East Rensselaer Street. The vehicle moved prior to officers’ arrival.

2:46 p.m.-Officers investigated a private property accident in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

3:29 p.m.-A disturbance in the 300 block of Iron Street was investigated.

4:28 p.m.-Officers assisted the Galion Police Department in searching for a vehicle stolen from their jurisdiction that might be in Bucyrus.

4:38 p.m.-A report of child abuse was received and remains under investigation.

7:01 p.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.

7:56 p.m.-Officers checked a residence in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street for a possible prowler in the area. No one was located.

9:03 p.m.-A guest at Holiday Inn Express reported his wallet stolen while in the pool area.

12:41 a.m.-Two income tax summons were served in the 700 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

1:07 a.m.-One income tax summons was served in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

1:50 a.m.-Officers checked a residence in the 800 block of South Poplar Street after a resident thought there were people inside.

3:49 a.m.-Officers located an abandoned bicycle at Bucyrus High School and brought it to the police department for safekeeping.
