9:07 a.m.-A West Southern Avenue resident reported her vehicle entered overnight.
9:14 a.m.-A West Lucas Street resident reported her vehicle entered overnight.
9:15 a.m.-A report of a possible sexual assault was received and remains under investigation.
9:17 a.m.-Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 700 block of South Sandusky Avenue. The officer confiscated the license plates per the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
9:47 a.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 700 block of South Spring Street.
10:09 a.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 800 block of Cleland Avenue.
11:13 a.m.-A female came to the station to speak with an officer regarding possible abuse.
12:04 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1000 block of East Warren Street. It was a neighborly dispute.
12:26 p.m.-A report of a person driving without a valid license was investigated.
1:03 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of two people arguing in the area of Whetstone Street and Beal Avenue. It was a walking, and agitated, domestic argument from Hopley to Beal Avenue and on to Whetstone Street. They went their separate ways.
1:56 p.m.- Officers assisted Crawford County Children’s Services.
3:31 p.m.- A traffic citation was issued in the area of Mansfield Street and Sandusky Avenue.
3:43 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 600 block of Beverly Drive. A resident reported being scammed out of $150 by a company claiming to be “E Loans.”
4:10 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 900 block of East Warren Street.
4:23 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated on Hopley Avenue. Officers checked to make sure the temporary fill at the railroad grade crossing was holding up.
4:37 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 600 block of South Walnut Street. It was a verbal disagreement.
5:52 p.m.- A syringe found in the area of Marion Road and Stevens Court was disposed of.
5:55 p.m.- A theft report was made in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street. An apartment manager reported the attempted theft of a stove.
6:18 p.m.- Officers conducted a traffic stop and Matthew Clinard, 32, was arrested in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue on charges of drug possession, suspected methamphetamine, possessing drug abuse instruments and a warrant out of Crawford County. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
6:44 p.m.- Officers investigated a trespassing complaint in the 1700 block of Marion Road at Bucyrus Estates. Dustin Hunt, 31, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
6:46 p.m.-Robert Bowersock Jr., 46, was located and arrested in the 400 block of East Warren Street on a Crawford County warrant and charges of drug possession. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.
6:49 p.m.-A report of a person trespassing was made in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street.
7:09 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Warren Street.
8:12 p.m.- A report of a person trespassing was investigated in the 200 block of Crossroads Boulevard.
8:44 p.m.- A traffic citation was issued in the area of Marion Road and Poplar Streets.
9:05 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the area of Lane and Mansfield Streets. The vehicle left the area.
9:12 p.m.- A private property accident report was taken in the 200 block of East Mary Street. A tan van and burgundy Oldsmobile collided near the front doors of Kroger.
9:29 p.m.- Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 400 block of East Warren Street. It was a verbal dispute involving a couple from earlier in the day.
9:52 p.m.- Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department in making a warrant arrest in the area of Iron and East Rensselaer Streets.
10:01 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 400 block of North Walnut Street. It was a family dispute.

12:19 a.m.-Officers conducted a welfare check in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.
12:55 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person at the Duke and Duchess Station was investigated. The motorist was stopped using their phone.
2:09 a.m.-A report of loud music at Woodbine Apartments was investigated. John Sands III, 34, was arrested on a warrant out of Marion County. He was turned over to a deputy from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
3:47 a.m.-Officers picked up a pill found at Hymiler. It was found to be Benadryl.
