7:40 a.m.-A person came to the station to speak with an officer regarding a family member being scammed.
10:52 a.m.-A disturbance in the 100 block of Heritage Circle was investigated and a renter of a property was reportedly being aggressive with representatives of a rental company.
1:13 p.m.-Officers assisted the Water Department in the 400 block of Charlotte Street.
3:26 p.m.-A vandalism report was made at the police department. A vehicle owner reported a dog running loose scratched his parked vehicle.
4:31 p.m.-Offices assisted a person experiencing mental problems. Community Counseling Services were summoned to assist.
4:46 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve an income tax summons in the 400 block of Heritage Circle.
5:15 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.
5:25 p.m.-A person reported receiving threatening messages over social media at the police department.
5:28 p.m.-Angel Lange, 38, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 1400 block of Whetstone Street. She was issued a court date to appear and released. She was also served one income tax summons.
5:50 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue and a patient was upset with an acquaintance that had shown up.
5:59 p.m.- A green Stratus rear-ended a vehicle on Plymouth Street and left the area southbound on Earl Street. The involved vehicle was located and a traffic citation was issued in the 400 block of Plymouth Street to the driver of the Stratus.
8:11 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant.
8:50 p.m.-A criminal summons was served to an inmate at the jail.
8:57 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person in the 900 block of West Perry Street was a pedestrian in the area.
10:05 p.m.-A report of an open motor home in the area of North Spring and West Mansfield Streets was investigated.
10:28 p.m.-Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 900 block of Earl Street.
11:28 p.m.-Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 900 block of Earl Street.
11:49 p.m.-Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 600 block of Hill Street.

3:04 a.m.-Officers assisted an elderly female in the 900 block of Victoria Drive.
3:20 a.m.-Officers assisted a motorist stuck at the Pines Reservoir. A tow truck was summoned to assist the motorist out of the mud.
3:38 a.m.-Officers conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of South Walnut Street.
