11:12 a.m.-A parking citation was issued on Washington Square.

12:31 p.m.-Officers attempted to contact a woman in the 200 block of South Walnut Street for a welfare check.

1:06 p.m.-A motorcycle was towed from the 600 block of East Oakwood Avenue for expired tags.

2:46 p.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the 400 block of Kaler Avenue.

3:38 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated in the area of Ohio Drive.

3:56 p.m.- A report of a nuisance telephone call was taken in the 700 block of East Irving Street.

5:29 p.m.-A traffic complaint was made in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

5:33 p.m.-A syringe found in the 800 block of South Spring Street was disposed of.

6:18 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance personnel in the 1000 block of West Beal Avenue.

6:31 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the area of Warren and Lane Streets.

7:25 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

7:31 p.m.- A report of two dogs running loose was made in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue.

7:33 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

7:43 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 200 block of East Warren Street.

8:16 p.m.-A traffic stop and search of a vehicle was conducted on East Mansfield Street and three people were arrested.

8:40 p.m.-A parking complaint was investigated in the 1400 block of Cullen Court.

9:16 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 400 block of Charlotte Street. Officers investigated a report of noise in the woods and spoke with a man that saved a cat.

10:33 p.m.-A report of a dog barking was investigated in the 800 block of Prospect Street.

10:50 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of an open 911 line in the 900 block of East Rensselaer Street.

11:34 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 200 block of Blicke Street. A male and female were arguing and the woman involved left the area.

11:59 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street. An open line 911 call was reportedly a misdial.

12:46 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 500 block of South East Street.

3:25 a.m.-A report of a disturbance in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated. There was a report of yelling, but it had quieted down.
