9:01 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the area of Woodbine Apartments.
9:56 a.m.-A vehicle was towed from the 200 block of West Mansfield Street for 48-hour parking violations.
11:09 a.m.-Found prescription medication was picked up in the 200 block of East Beal Avenue.
1:06 p.m.-A South East Street resident reported her unlocked bicycle stolen from their yard overnight.
1:15 p.m.-Officers inspected a golf cart at the station.
1:16 p.m.-A disturbance in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.
1:33 p.m.-A person came to the station to speak with an officer regarding possible unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
2:14 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 900 block of Elm Street.
2:52 p.m.- An animal complaint was taken in the 200 block of East Mary Street.
3:05 p.m.-A theft report of an air conditioner was made in the 200 block of West Rensselaer Street.
5:40 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the Charles Street area.
4:30 p.m.- A report of two dogs left in a hot car was investigated in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street. The owner left the area with the dogs.
5:12 p.m.- A report of a breaking and entering was investigated in the 200 block of East Oakwood Avenue.
5:52 p.m.- A 911 hang-up call was investigated on Cherry Lane. It was a minor verbal dispute.
5:57 p.m.- A parking complaint was made in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.
6:12 p.m.- Officers checked on people with a disabled vehicle in the 900 block of East Mansfield Street. Michael Lawson, 33, was arrested in the 1100 block of East Mansfield Street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation to appear in court and released.
6:37 p.m.- A report of vandalism was investigated in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
6:40 p.m.- A report of an assault was taken at the police department. Officers conducted a standby between parties involved for one to gather their belongings.
9:15 p.m.- A welfare check was requested on a person in the area of Union Avenue.
9:29 p.m.- A traffic citation was issued in the area of Sandusky Avenue and Mansfield Street.
10:11 p.m.- Lane Biederman, 27, was arrested on a charge of possessing drug abuse instruments in the 100 block of North Spring Street after officers were called to the area for people trespassing in a building. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation to appear in court and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for bond. Skyler Sopher, 29, was arrested on a Richland County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for Richland County authorities.
11:21 p.m.- A parking complaint was investigated in the 900 block of Hull Avenue.
11:37 p.m.- A report of two intoxicated juveniles was made in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street. The people were not located.

12:50 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 1300 block of Monnett Street.
1:59 a.m.-A motorist was given a verbal warning for speed and curfew in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
8:34 a.m.-Officers spoke to a man at the police department about an animal problem.
12:23 p.m.-A motorist was given a verbal warning for their manner of driving in the Hopley Avenue area.
1:12 p.m.-Officers were unable to make contact with a woman for a welfare check in the 600 block of West Mary Street.
1:18 p.m.-A report of a dog left in the car at Walmart was checked by officers. The car was gone prior to officer’s arrival.
2:05 p.m.-Officers checked the area of Maple and Plymouth Streets after a report of an abandoned vehicle in the area. It was gone prior to officer’s arrival.
2:14 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of an assault that happened in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.
2:40 p.m.-Steven Beckman, 61, was arrested in the 700 block of Hopley after a disturbance was reported in the area. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.
2:45 p.m.- A breaking and entering was reported in the 1000 block of South East Street.
2:59 p.m.- A 911 hangup call was reported in the area of Bucyrus Plaza.
3:06 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
3:11 p.m.- A domestic dispute was reported in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive.
5:40 p.m.- A 911 hang-up call in the 300 block of Clinton Street was investigated.
5:49 p.m.- A backpack found in the 100 block of Washington Square was brought to the police department.
4:52 p.m.-A report of a possible breaking and entering was taken in the 400 block of Sears Street.
6:17 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 200 block of East Mary Street.
6:33 p.m.- A domestic dispute was reported in the 1600 block of Marion Road.
6:44 p.m.- Officers assisted a resident in the 200 block of Ethel Street.
6:48 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person at the police department about a juvenile case.
7:29 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street.
7:40 p.m.- A civil stand-by was requested in the 900 block of Elm Street.
9:24 p.m.- Drug paraphernalia that was turned over to the police department was disposed of.

2:10 a.m.-A report of an intoxicated female yelling at Bucyrus Estates was investigated.
2:16 a.m.-Officers responded to an alarm in the 1300 block of East Mansfield Street.
3:04 a.m.-Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 1300 block of East Southern Avenue.
6:11 a.m.-A report of a black bag hanging on the fence at Oakwood Cemetery was investigated. The bag was found to be empty and was an insulated pizza delivery bag.
7:37 a.m.-Officers investigated an alarm in the 1200 block of Farmview Avenue.
9:04 a.m.-Officers took a report of a stolen car in the 100 block of East Kilbourne Drive.
9:22 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a juvenile riding a bike in the street.
10:24 a.m.-Officers assisted with an escort in the Tiffin Street area.
10:47 a.m.-An alarm was investigated by officers in the 1200 block of East Southern Avenue.
11:12 a.m.-A person came to the station to report a trespassing incident.
1:10 p.m.-A disturbance in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street was a patron refusing to leave an establishment. The woman left the premises.
1:40 p.m.-Officers made a pickup in the 900 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
2:15 p.m.-Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
2:32 p.m.-Officer investigated a minor non-injury collision in the 700 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
2:33 p.m.-Officers investigated a juvenile complaint on Penn Avenue.
4:04 p.m.- Officers assisted with a traffic complaint on Whetstone Street at East Mansfield Street. An officer directed traffic for a contractor unloading equipment.
4:21 p.m.-Officers removed an item from the roadway on South Sandusky Avenue at Liberty Street.
5:02 p.m.- Officers assisted a person with Operation Hope.
5:08 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of South Spring Street.
5:11 p.m.- A report of a breaking and entering was investigated in the 400 block of Sears Street.
5:23 p.m.-Zachary Bishop, 29, was arrested at the police department on a charge of domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
5:24 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of Marion Road.
6:46 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person at the police department about a civil issue.
8:47 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 200 block of Crystal Crescent.
8:51 p.m.- Officers spoke to a resident on East Kilbourne Drive about an earlier incident.
9:02 p.m.- Officers checked on an open building on Aumiller Park Drive.
9:20 p.m.- A welfare check on a fisherman was requested at Outhwaite Reservoir. The person was still out fishing after the storms.
9:45 p.m.- A found bicycle was turned over to officers in the 900 block of Faustina Avenue.
10:09 p.m.-A parking complaint was made in the 900 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

12:42 a.m.-Officers investigated a domestic issue in the 700 block of South Poplar Street.
12:49 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 500 block of South Poplar Street.
2:41 a.m.-Officers on patrol checked on a suspicious vehicle at Cruise In car wash. The driver was found to be having a mechanical issue and had a friend coming.
3:38 a.m.-Officers assisted a female in the 500 block of South Spring Street.
