7:49 a.m.-A junk vehicle notice was served in the 800 block of Earl St.

9:43 a.m.-A parking complaint in the 1600 block of Marion Road was investigated.

9:59 a.m.-Officers checked on reported suspicious activity and Jesse J Hooper, 32, was arrested at the Pines Reservoir on an active Crawford County warrant. He was released pending a court appearance.

10:39 a.m.-A Wedgewood Court resident reported a concrete angel stolen from her front porch in the past couple of days.

11:46 a.m.-A person came to the station to claim property.

11:53 a.m.-A female was served with a summons at the station for failure to file income tax.

3:52 p.m.-Officers responded with the Bucyrus Fire Department to the 900 block of Marion Road to a report of a vehicle smoking. The vehicle was gone upon arrival.

4:52 p.m.-Officers warned solicitors about soliciting without a city permit in the Beverly Drive area.

4:54 p.m.-A person came to the station to report fraudulent charges on her credit card.

5:41 p.m.-Levi Kegley, 22, was arrested in the 1200 block of South Walnut Street on an Ottawa County warrant.  He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending transport to Ottawa County.

5:43 p.m.-Officers responded to an open 911 call and encountered a man having an emotional disturbance. Justin Caskey, 20, was arrested for intimidation, obstructing justice and resisting arrest. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

5:55 p.m.-Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 200 block of East Rensselaer Street. Two people were warned against trespassing in the future.

8:38 p.m.-Officers assisted a West Mansfield Street who believed her neighbors were tampering with her telephone line.

8:50 p.m.-A parking issue in the East Mansfield and Walnut Street area was investigated and the vehicles were legally parked.

10:13 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS at Woodbine Apartments.

2:36 a.m.-Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 900 block of Prospect Street.

3:52 a.m.-Officers on patrol investigated two reportedly suspicious males outside Little Caesar’s. They were found to be contractors working there
