7:38 a.m.-Officers assisted a semi driver who was stuck at the south end of Rogers Street.

9:49 a.m.-Officers made a standby for a landlord in the 700 block of Hopley Avenue.

10:47 a.m.-A private property accident was investigated in the Kroger parking lot.

1:20 p.m.-A Wilbur Street resident spoke with an officer regarding a theft.

1:36 p.m.-A report of a female having some trouble with her motorized wheelchair on East Mansfield Street was unfounded.

2:47 p.m.- A vandalism report was taken in the 400 block of Sheckler Street.

3:11 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 200 block of East Charles Street.

3:46 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street.

6:48 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1000 block of Sherwood Drive.

7:21 p.m.- Shane Clark was arrested in the area of West Southern and Kaler Avenues on charges of driving under suspension and possessing drug abuse Instruments. He was issued his paperwork and taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for bond or court.

9:26 p.m.- A report of suspicious people in the 300 block of Songer Avenue was investigated.

12:26 a.m.-A report of a vehicle revving the engine and peeling tires in the area of North Lane and Clinton Streets was investigated.

12:47 a.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 400 block of North Walnut Street was investigated. A couple was engaged in a verbal dispute and warned of the noise.

1:15 a.m.-A disturbance in the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

1:26 a.m.-Anthony Love, 47, was arrested in the 600 block of Prospect Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by intoxication. He was issued a minor misdemeanor citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

2:58 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in gaining entry to a residence in the 1700 block of Marion Road for a medical emergency.

3:00 a.m.-A disturbance in the 600 block of Sears Street was investigated.

5:23 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a rooster crowing in the area of Reid and Inez Streets.

11:16 a.m.-A report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 400 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

3:33 p.m.- A report of a person trespassing in the 1000 block of Hull Avenue was investigated.

4:02 p.m.- A report of a protection order violation was made in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

6:58 p.m.-A report of an erratic driver was made on Plymouth Street.

7:09 p.m.- A verbal warning was issued for loud music in the 1400 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

8:18 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was made in the 500 block of East Rensselaer Street.

10:59 p.m.-A report of people yelling at Indian Creek Apartments was investigated.

11:07 p.m.-A report of a male trespassing in the 1300 block of East Southern Avenue was investigated. The man left the area.

11:11 p.m.-A report of a male trespassing in the 200 block of South Lane Street was investigated.

1:07 a.m.-A West Warren Street resident reported his debit card stolen. It was found to have been left at a local drinking establishment.

1:27 a.m.-Officers checked on a female at Altercare having some issues.

3:13 a.m.-A report of three suspicious people in the Heritage Circle area was investigated.

6:08 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Lavina Avenue was investigated.

8:32 a.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 400 block of West Warren Street.

12:39 p.m.-A bicycle was reported stolen in the 700 block of Prospect Street.

12:40 p.m.- Officers responded to a shoplifting complaint at Walmart, 1875 E. Mansfield St. Danny Lester was arrested for theft.

2:08 p.m.- A report of a theft was made at the police department. The complainant reported an online scam.

2:30 p.m.-A report of a juvenile assault was taken in the 400 block of East Charles Street.

3:01 p.m.- A domestic dispute was reported in the 300 block of Songer Avenue. It was a verbal dispute.

4:38 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 1400 block of Cullen Court.

5:24 p.m.-A traffic stop was made on Iron Street at East Warren Street and Douglas Wisterman was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

5:56 p.m.-One income tax summons was served in the 800 block of Wilbur Street.

6:10 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve an income tax summons.

7:37 p.m.-One income tax summons was served in the 600 block of Plymouth Street.
