10:59 a.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding domestic issues.
12:11 p.m.-Officers spoke to a man in the Spring and Charles Street area that was reportedly acting suspiciously.
12:47 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 800 block of South East Street.
2:11 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 400 block of West Charles Street.
5:00 p.m.-A new resident in the 300 block of Woodlawn Avenue turned over drug paraphernalia found in the residence.
10:33 p.m.-A report of a possible prowler in the 400 block of Charlotte Street was unfounded.

7:17 a.m.-Officers investigated a reported traffic incident in the 900 block of West Perry Street. The driver of a black Ford Taurus reported a rear bumper collision at Mansfield and Whetstone Streets. There was not any damage reported.
9:00 a.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant in the 500 block of Russell Avenue.
9:50 a.m.-Mindy M. Wells, 38, was arrested at the station on a Crawford County warrant. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.
12:07 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.
12:38 p.m.-A resident in the 600 block of Sears Street reported some mail stolen.
1:46 p.m.-Officers spoke to an Indiana man in the Spring and Galen Street area who was reportedly acting suspiciously. The man was having a conversation on his headphones with another party.
2:05 p.m.-Officers checked the area of Inez and Reid Streets after a report of chickens running loose. A nuisance report was made about someone also keeping a rooster and duck in violation of city code.
3:38 p.m.- A junk vehicle notice was served in the 400 block of North Walnut Street.
3:55 p.m.-A traffic complaint was investigated on Woodlawn Avenue.
4:46 p.m.- A report of domestic threats was made at the police department.
8:09 p.m.-A disturbance from a landlord-tenant dispute was reported in the 700 block of Hopley Avenue.
8:16 p.m.-A person was arrested in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue on a probation violation and taken to CCSO.
10:24 p.m.-A traffic stop was made in the 200 block of East Mary Street and a warning given. Christopher Surgener, 28, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
10:55 p.m.-A suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of North Spring Street was investigated.

2:05 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated. The person left the area.
3:28 a.m.-A report of an intoxicated female in the 100 block of Fisher Street was investigated. The woman was escorted to another location.
3:46 a.m.-A hit-skip accident in the area of East Mansfield and Walnut Street remains under investigation. An unknown vehicle ran a red light, was struck by the complainant then left the scene. There was gold paint transfer to the driver side rear of the complainant’s vehicle.
