7:41 a.m.-Officers took a vehicle break-in report in the 1500 block of Tiffin Street.
8:04 a.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 1600 block of Marion Road.
9:17 a.m.-An employee of Ace Hardware reported tools taken from the business.
10:04 a.m.-A disturbance in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated. A male patron claimed there had been an argument about manner of driving and the other party involved threatened the complainant.
11:47 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a hit-skip, non-injury accident East Charles and South Walnut Streets.
3:29 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. A male that was reportedly passed out was actually napping in his vehicle.
3:51 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person at the station about harassing text messages.
4:23 p.m.- Officers assisted a citizen in the area of Kaler and West Southern Avenues.
4:30 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 300 block of Hopley Avenue.
5:31 p.m.- A traffic complaint was made in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street. A semi-truck had become stuck in a drift temporarily.
6:07 p.m.- A report of a disturbance involving an intoxicated person was investigated in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.
6:32 p.m.- An accident report was made in the area of East Oakwood Avenue and East Street in which a vehicle mirror was damaged by a passing vehicle.
7:17 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 900 block of East Mansfield Street. A domestic violence report was discovered and charges filed. The male involved had left and was arrested later.
7:26 p.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 900 block of Elm Street with a female resident who had fallen and was injured. She was taken to Bucyrus Community Hospital for treatment of her injuries.
7:33 p.m.-A report of a person with an open container of alcohol in their vehicle was made in the 700 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
7:39 p.m.- A report of a possible scam was taken at the police department. The complainant advised someone he met online sent him credit cards to buy iTunes cards from a department store, leading to the complainant’s loss.
9:05 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue with a male who had slipped and fell on the sidewalk and was injured. He was taken to Bucyrus Community Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

12:46 a.m.-Officers assisted a Crawford County deputy on a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Sandusky Avenue. A female motorist was taken into custody.
1:49 a.m.-Officers made a traffic stop in the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue. Conner Pirnstill, 27, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He was also issued a citation for expired registration. He was issued paperwork for court and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for possible additional charges.
3:02 a.m.-Scott Yost, 37, was arrested in the 900 block of East Mansfield Street on a charge of domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
5:04 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in gaining entry to a residence on Plymouth Street during a medical emergency.
7:48 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a breaking and entering at Ehrhart’s, 108 N. Lane St.
10:09 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 200 block of East Irving Street.
11:16 a.m.-Officers conducted a standby in the 200 block of East Irving Street.
11:41 a.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.
1:07 p.m.-A report of a man bitten by a dog in the 1700 block of Marion Road was investigated.
1:32 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 300 block of East Warren Street. A person was reported being uncooperative with home health care.
3:28 p.m.-A disturbance was reported to the police department of phone harassment.
6:34 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 100 block of Whetstone Street in responding to a fatal overdose.
8:08 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems and attempting to harm themselves in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.
9:34 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems and attempting to harm themselves with misuse of over-the-counter liquid medication in the 900 block of East Mansfield Street.
9:45 p.m.- A report of a line down was made in the 500 block of West Charles Street.
11:03 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 600 block of East Warren Street.

12:11 a.m.-A report of a possible breaking and entering was unfounded in the 400 block of West Warren Street.
12:49 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 400 block of Heritage Circle.
3:57 a.m.-Eric Johns, 27, New Washington, was arrested near the intersection of South Sandusky and Southern Avenues for possession of a schedule II narcotic. He is being held pending a court appearance.
4:42 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a breaking and entering at Sunoco, 1505 N. Sandusky Ave., where an intruder smashed a window.
7:30 a.m.-Several parking tickets were written for parking for 48-hour violations at various locations.
11:48 a.m.-Officers checked the 600 block of East Oakwood Avenue for a suspicious person.
11:55 a.m.-A private property accident at Kroger was investigated.
1:23 p.m.-Officers assisted a semi driver in the Beal and Hopley Avenue area.
2:16 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 500 block of Whetstone Street.
5:27 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
6:40 p.m.-Two income tax summons were served in the 400 block of West Rensselaer Street.
6:51 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.
6:52 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a summons.
6:59 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons.
7:04 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue.
7:12 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons.
7:14 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons.
7:19 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons.
7:23 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve income tax summons.
7:29 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons.
7:33 p.m.- A sixteen-year-old Bucyrus boy was arrested in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street on charges of theft. He was released to his parent pending an appearance in Juvenile Court.
7:42 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons.
7:45 p.m.- A report of an intoxicated male walking in the roadway was investigated on Plymouth Street. He was released to a family member.
8:31 p.m.- An intoxicated male was found walking in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue. He was released to a friend.
9:05 p.m.- A report of a disturbance was made in the 100 block of West Liberty Street.
10:38 a.m.-Officers checked the basement for a female in the 100 block of Fisher Street who had heard a noise down there. There was not any intrusion.

12:34 a.m.-Officers responded to a domestic dispute at the Quality Inn, 1515 N. Sandusky Ave. Amy Glenn, 35, was arrested for domestic violence. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.
12:44 a.m.-A report of a domestic issue at the Weaver Arms was investigated and one of those arguing left on their own.
3:15 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 1000 block of East Southern Avenue.
3:26 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 500 block of West Mary Street.
3:46 a.m.-A report of a large trash bag in the roadway on East Mansfield Street was investigated.
3:56 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of East Oakwood Avenue area was investigated.
