11:03 a.m.-Officers assisted a motorist who was stuck in the high water on North Lane Street.
11:25 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 200 block of Ethel Street.
1:18 p.m.-Officers assisted a resident in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street who had a falcon trapped in a closed in screen porch.
1:34 p.m.-Officers arrested 35-year-old Joshua Noel in the 1600 block of Marion Road on a warrant out of Crawford County. He is being held pending a court appearance.
1:38 p.m.-Officers investigated a parking complaint on Kearsley Street.
3:22 p.m.-Guns from a theft report received yesterday were recovered and returned to the owner.
3:44 p.m.-Officers spoke to a person at the station about a civil custody issue.
4:15 p.m.-A jail release notification was delivered in the 300 block of East Mansfield Street.
7:56 p.m.-A report of a bicyclist in the 1600 block of East Mansfield Street without lights was investigated.
10:15 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1500 block of South Sandusky Avenue turned out to be a cruiser checking a business.

3:58 a.m.-A disturbance in the 1600 block of Marion Road was investigated.
6:48 a.m.-Officers assisted a female who had slipped on the ice in the 300 block of East Warren Street. She was not injured.
