9:00 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of an unwanted man in the 300 block of Heritage Circle. The man was warned in reference to trespassing.
10:54 a.m.-Officers investigated a hit-skip accident on South Poplar Street at Rensselaer Street.
12:14 p.m.-A call was received about a vehicle spinning in the snow in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street. The vehicle was gone prior to officers’ arrival.
1:41 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
1:45 p.m.-Officers are investigating a fraud complaint from the West Irving Street area.
1:51 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance in the 200 block of Crossroads Boulevard.
2:26 p.m.-A Failor Street resident reported receiving a suspicious message on his cell phone.
2:42 p.m.-A report of an assault was made in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
2:56 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 900 block of West Perry Street.
7:29 p.m.- A traffic complaint was made at the police department.
4:55 p.m.-Two income tax summons were served in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street.
5:15 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 1100 block of East Warren Streets.
6:48 p.m.- A report of a possibly impaired driver was taken in the area of Tiffin and Hill Streets.
7:06 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.
7:16 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

8:41 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.
8:49 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person was made in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street.

10:10 p.m.- A parking citation was issued in the 600 block of Ridge Avenue.
11:31 p.m.-Officers checked the 200 block of Hopley Avenue after receiving a report of someone seen around the parked cars in the area.

5:04 a.m.-Officers checked the area of Wilbur Street and Beverly Drive after receiving multiple 9-1-1 open line calls from the area.
11:38 a.m.-Officers investigated a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 200 block of Whetstone Street.
11:45 a.m.-A welfare check was done in the 300 block of West Irving Street.
3:29 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 500 block of Failor Street.
4:21 p.m.- One income tax summons was served at the police department.
4:34 p.m.-A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 700 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
4:52 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance personnel in the 1000 block of Beal Avenue.

10:15 a.m.- Officers assisted a motorist stuck in the road in the area of Southern and South Sandusky Avenue.
10:58 a.m.-A resident in the 200 block of Penn Avenue reported a mailbox damaged by a snow plow.
11:15 p.m.-Officers assisted a motorist stuck in the road in the area of West Mansfield and Sears Streets.

12:07 a.m.-Officers assisted a motorist stuck in the snow in the area of Kaler Avenue and Center Street.
12:11 a.m.-A resident in the 400 block of Jump Street reported a vehicle abandoned in the roadway in front of their driveway.
12:25 a.m.-Officers assisted a motorist stuck in the snow in the area of South Poplar and West Oakwood Avenue.
12:52 a.m.-Officers assisted a Bucyrus resident walking in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and Irving Street. He was taken to his residence.
4:10 a.m.-A disturbance in the 1700 block of Marion Road was investigated.
4:59 a.m.-Joseph Wagner, 28, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
5:50 a.m.-Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department with a car fire in the 400 block of North Walnut Street.
7:23 a.m.-Officers assisted a stranded motorist in the Bland Avenue and Tiffin Street area. A towing service was called to pull them out of the snow.
9:08 a.m.-Officers assisted an elderly woman in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue in getting home.
9:22 a.m.-Officers checked the 100 block of West Mary Street for a possible water break. Nothing was found.
9:31 a.m.-Officers assisted a motorist who was stuck in the snow on Poplar Street at Lucas Street.
10:09 a.m.-A resident in the 200 block of Nauman Avenue reported a mailbox damaged.
10:58 a.m.-A resident in the 200 block of Penn Avenue reported a mailbox damaged.
3:15 p.m.-Officers checked the 500 block of Failor Street after a report of a 4-wheeler in the area.
4:32 p.m.-Officers assisted Children Services in the 400 block of West Warren Street.
4:51 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of people walking on the frozen river behind Circle K. No one was found in the area.
5:33 p.m.-Officers checked North Lane and Mary Streets for a reckless driver.
5:34 p.m.-Officers spoke to a woman at the station about a disturbance.
6:11 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of suspicious activity in the 1400 block of Whetstone Street.
6:35 p.m.-Officers spoke to a woman at the police department regarding a child custody issue.
7:06 p.m.-A female spoke to an officer at the station about some vandalism to her vehicle.
7:36 p.m.-A report of an open door to a business in the 1600 block of Marion Road was investigated.
9:15 p.m.-Amanda J. Johnson, 34, was arrested for receiving stolen property, felony possession of drugs and a warrant out of Crawford County. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.
