7:37 a.m.-Officers investigated a breaking and entering in the 700 block of Beverly Drive.
8:12 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious man in the 300 block of South Highland Avenue.
10:26 a.m.-Officers spoke to a motorist about their van door being left open while driving in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
12:15 p.m.-A report of a dog bite was investigated in the 100 block of West Perry Street.
1:43 p.m.-A motorist was issued a traffic citation for no operator’s license in the Rensselaer and Walnut Street area.
2:21 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a possible stolen vehicle from the 1600 block of Marion Road. The vehicle has been recovered.
2:37 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS in the 900 block of East Warren Street.
3:24 p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic violence complaint in the 900 block of Faustina Avenue. Devin Howard, 26, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and resisting arrest. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
3:33 p.m.-Chase Neubacher, 23, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant at the Crawford County Court House. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
4:56 p.m.-A disturbance in the 900 block of Faustina Avenue was investigated.
4:58 p.m.-Officers spoke to a resident in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street about her unruly juvenile.
5:49 p.m.-Andria Mullins, 31, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant in the 800 block of Beverly Drive. She was issued a date to appear in court and released.
7:15 p.m.-The Mansfield Police Department located Christopher A. Barber, of Mansfield, for a Crawford County warrant stemming from an assault on Dudley Street in Bucyrus on 1/8/2019.Barber was transferred to Crawford County Justice Center to await a court appearance.
8:52 p.m.-A written traffic warning was issued in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and Plymouth Street.
10:05 p.m.-Officers responded to a domestic violence complaint at 1735 Marion Road, DelMor apartments. Denver Hedges, 43, was arrested for domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for a court appearance.

12:29 a.m.-Officers attempted to locate a missing juvenile at 1003 Hopley Avenue. Amber Clinard, 34, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. She was issued a court date and released.
12:44 a.m.-A missing juvenile was located in the 1000 block of Hopley Avenue and returned home.
2:46 a.m.-Officers on patrol investigated a suspicious driver in the East Warren Street area.
2:55 a.m.-Officers assisted an intoxicated male in the 100 block of South Sandusky Avenue. He was released to a sober relative.
4:26 a.m.-Brendon Frenzel, 19, Kenton, and Micheala Mundy, 20, Sidney, were arrested for felony drug possession in the West Mansfield and Poplar Street area during a traffic stop. Both are being held pending a court appearance.
5:26 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the South Highland Avenue area was investigated.
6:46 a.m.-A report of a 14-year-old missing boy from the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street was taken. The young man was located and taken to school by officers.
