9:48 a.m.-An East Lucas Street resident reported her vehicle window broken into overnight.
12:53 p.m.-A resident in the 1200 block of Teddy Avenue reported two windows broken out of his vehicle on Wednesday night.
1:59 p.m.-Officers conducted a civil standby in the 100 block of West Lucas Street.
5:47 p.m.- A report of possible child abuse was made at the police department.
7:08 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve an income tax summons.
7:32 p.m.- A summons for a property maintenance code violation was served in the 600 block of North Lane Street.
7:38 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 600 block of North Lane Street.
10:11 p.m.-Officers mediated a domestic complaint in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.
10:48 p.m.-A knife found on the ground in the 800 block of East Warren Street was turned over to officers.

2:11 a.m.-A disturbance in the area of Washington Square was investigated. The people involved dispersed from the area.
2:18 a.m.-Officers checked on a trooper on a traffic stop in the area of City Lot 3.
2:42 a.m.-Officers responded to a fight in the 300 block of South Poplar Street behind the Post Office. Seth Rarick, 26, was arrested on a charge of criminal damaging. He was found with injuries in the 400 block of South Poplar Street and had broken a window at ACS Title Service, where he had been kicking the door. He was issued a summons to appear in court and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for bond.
6:01 a.m.-Officers attempted to check the welfare of a resident in the 900 block of South East Street.
8:03 a.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 900 block of Earl Street.
9:37 a.m.-A person came to the station to speak with officers regarding a prior case.
10:11 a.m.-A Plymouth Street property owner reported windows broken and missing from his property.
1:00 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding a prior case.
3:31 p.m.- A report of a disturbance was investigated in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.
4:32 p.m.- Officers attempted to contact a person for the Upper Sandusky Police Department. The person’s car was abandoned at the US 23 ramp and Wyandot Avenue. The vehicle’s engine had blown and Upper Sandusky Police was advised they had to have it towed.
5:00 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated in the area of East Mary and North Lane Streets. A car was stuck. Officers assisted and the intersection was cleared.
5:35 p.m.- Officer responded to a one-vehicle accident reported by OnStar in the area of Hopley Avenue and South East Street. The driver skidded into a road sign with their 2006 Buick Rainier and no injuries were reported.
6:19 p.m.- An animal call was investigated in the 800 block of Wilbur Street.
8:22 p.m.- Officers assisted a person in obtaining a room for the night.
9:23 p.m.-A domestic complaint in the 900 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated. The male involved broke a window and left the area.
9:38 p.m.- A report of a dog barking was investigated in the area of East Kilbourne Drive.
9:45 p.m.- Officers responded to a report of neighbors fighting in the 300 block of Songer Avenue. Anita Reynolds, 34, was arrested on Crawford County warrants. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
10:03 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of East Charles Street.

6:38 a.m.-A Sheckler Street resident reported her dark green Ford F-150 pick-up truck stolen. The license plate is GRZ8952. The vehicle was located in Willard and it is a matter of unauthorized use of a vehicle by a subject known to the complainant.
10:37 a.m.-Officers picked up possible drug paraphernalia in the 900 block of South Highland Avenue.
10:37 a.m.-A parking complaint in the area of Spring and Mary Streets was investigated and the owner moved their truck.
11:19 a.m.-Officers made a civil standby in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Ave.
1:44 p.m.-Officers spoke with a family at the station regarding unruly issues.
2:33 p.m.-Officers checked on a vehicle parked at Kroger, 210 E. Mary St. reported to have unattended children inside. The vehicle had left the area.
2:51 p.m.-A report of a vehicle going left of center and possibly an impaired driver on W. Mansfield St. was investigated. The vehicle was located and stopped on W. Oakwood Ave. at S. Poplar St. The driver was not impaired and warned about their manner of driving.
4:36 p.m.-Officers and EMS personnel responded to a report of a man down in the alley between the 500 block of East Rensselaer and East Mansfield Streets. The man was deceased and the coroner contacted. The cause of death is under investigation.
7:37 p.m.- A civil standby was completed in the 1000 block of East Warren Street.
7:46 p.m.-A domestic disturbance was reported at the police department. The other party involved in the complaint was located and warned to cease messages to the complainant.
8:15 p.m.- A hit-skip traffic crash was investigated in the 200 block of East Irving Street. The driver responsible for hitting a parked van at Irving and Wingert Streets was located at Sunoco and issued a citation.
10:18 p.m.-A noise complaint in the West Warren Street area was investigated.
10:35 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel at Indian Creek Apartments.
11:09 p.m.-Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.
