10:08 a.m.-Officers stopped to assist a motorist in the area Hopley and East Southern Avenues.
12:32 p.m.-Officers made a funeral escort for Wise Funeral Home.
4:04 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 100 block of West Center Street.
4:18 p.m.-A theft report was made at the police department.
4:30 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was made in the 100 block of North Walnut Street.
4:49 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Center Street.
6:05 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 600 block of East Warren Street.
6:06 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.
6:08 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the area of Woodbine Apartments.
6:08 p.m.- Adam Blackert, 38, was arrested in the area of Woodbine Apartments on a Mansfield Police Department warrant. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for Mansfield Police.
6:28 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street.
7:22 p.m.- A political sign was reported stolen in the 500 block of Ridge Avenue.
7:40 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the area of Spring and West Mansfield Streets.
9:16 p.m.-A juvenile complaint was made in the area of Hopley Avenue and South Walnut Street.
11:06 p.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth EMS personnel in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street.
11:30 p.m.-Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the East Warren and South Lane Street area.

2:36 a.m.-A loud music complaint was made in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.
3:43 a.m.-Officers responded to an alarm in the 1200 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
10:41 a.m.- Officers assisted Wise Funeral Service with an escort.
10:46 a.m.-Officers investigated a larceny complaint in the 600 block of Prospect Street.
11:18 a.m.- Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 400 block of Norton Way.
1:04 p.m.-Officers conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of Myers Street.
1:48 p.m.- An injury accident was investigated in the area of East Southern Avenue and East Street.
2:48 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the area of Whetstone Street and East Southern Avenue.
3:28 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 200 block of West Mary Street.
4:55 p.m.- A report of a dog in a hot vehicle was made in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

8:18 p.m.- James Shope Jr, 31, was arrested in the area of Maple and East Irving Streets on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a court date to appear and released.
8:46 p.m.- Officers assisted Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.
8:54 p.m.- A traffic citation was issued in the 100 block of South Lane Street.
9:23 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the area of Aumiller Park.
9:41 p.m.- Officers assisted the Ohio State Patrol in the area of Washington Square.
10:11 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the Waterford Gln area.
10:24 p.m.-A report of speeding vehicles was made in the Rosedale area.
10:30 p.m.-Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
11:11 p.m.-Officers checked the Monnett and Gaius Street area for a reported speeder.
11:37 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office on a search warrant in the Cullen Avenue area.

1:42 a.m.-Officers made contact with a juvenile in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue regarding a domestic situation.
8:08 a.m.-Officers assisted a person experiencing mental issues in the 1700 block of Marion Road.
10:09 a.m.-Officers took a larceny complaint in the 600 block of Prospect Street.
10:31 a.m.- Officers investigated a parking complaint on West Beal Avenue.
10:53 a.m.-Officers investigated 2 vehicle accident in the area of Hopley Avenue and South Walnut Street.
10:57 a.m.-A loud music complaint was investigated in the area of Aumiller Park.
11:27 a.m.-Officers spoke with a person about a possible scam in the 500 block of Prospect Street.

2:29 P.M.-A citizen reported political campaign signs taken from their yard in the 200 block of Brentwood Drive.
4:05 p.m.- Officers assisted a disabled motorist in the area of East Mansfield and Mary Streets.
4:45 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.
5:11 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was made in the 500 block of East Charles Street.
5:44 p.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 1300 block of Edgewood Drive.
7:13 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
7:33 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 100 block of West Warren Street.
7:34 p.m.- A two-vehicle accident was investigated in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.
8:01 p.m.- A report of a vehicle driving erratically was investigated in the 1300 block of Monnett Street.
8:29 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 700 block of South East Street.

9:02 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.
9:11 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 400 block of West Warren Street.
9:42 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Home Circle Drive.
11:44 p.m.-Aidan Leslie, 22, was arrested on a Mansfield Police Department warrant. He was transferred to their custody.

1:34 a.m.-Officers assisted a Crawford County Sheriff’s deputy on a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Marion Road.
1:35 a.m.-A domestic disturbance in the 300 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.
3:51 a.m.-A disturbance in the area of Warren Street and South Sandusky Avenue was investigated.
