7:54 a.m.- Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.
9:29 a.m.- Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 900 block of Elm Street.
11:15 a.m.- Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 400 block of Osman Street.
11:47 a.m.- An injury accident was investigated in the area of Tiffin Street and Schaber Avenue.
1:08 p.m.- Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout on North Sandusky Avenue.
1:57 p.m.- A report of a reckless driver on North Sandusky Avenue was unfounded.
2:45 p.m.- Officers took a report of larceny in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.
3:30 p.m.- Officers spoke with a person about vandalism to their property in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.
3:58 p.m.- Officers spoke with a person at the station.
4:43 p.m.- Officers removed debris from the roadway in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and Plymouth Street.
5:48 p.m.- Officers investigated a loud music complaint in the 1300 block of Monnett Street.
6:01 p.m.- Officers responded to a disturbance in the Harmon Field area.
6:37 p.m.- Officers made contact with a citizen regarding a potential theft/fraud issue.
8:07 p.m.- A juvenile complaint in the Picking Park area was investigated.
8:07 p.m.- Officers handled a civil issue in the Woodbine Apartments area.
8:37 p.m.- Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Deputies in the 200 block of East Warren Street.
8:56 p.m.- A disturbance in the 900 block of South Highland Avenue was investigated.
9:10 p.m.- Seth Horsley, 27, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending court appearance.
9:47 p.m.- Officers investigated the 100 block of Emerson Street after a report of loud booms.
10:12 p.m.- A report of fireworks in the 1700 block of Marion Road was investigated. Officers warned a person to stop firing them.
10:50 p.m.- A loud music complaint was investigated in the 1100 block of Teddy Avenue.
11:18 p.m.- A report of fireworks in the area of Bucyrus Estates was investigated.

12:14 a.m.- A report of juveniles at Washington Square was investigated. They were all taken home for being out past curfew.
12:40 a.m.- A Bucyrus resident reported his 17-year-old son missing. He later returned home.
3:43 a.m.- Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle parked by the Friendship Bridge.
