BUCYRUSꟷBucyrus Police are investigating a possible overdose.

Officers were called to a residence in the 900 block of Reid Street at 11:37 p.m. on Thursday to investigate the incident. EMS personnel also responded to the scene.

9:06 a.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant in the 1700 block of Marion Road.

10:24 a.m.-A report of a domestic issue in the 1700 block of Marion Road was investigated.

12:22 p.m.-Officers assisted Wise Funeral Service with an escort.

12:30 p.m.-Officer checked the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue regarding a dispute over a vehicle.

3:23 p.m.-Officers checked the 1100 block of East Warren Street for a disturbance.

3:37 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the Washington Square area.

4:25 p.m.-Officers checked the alley between Poplar and Spring Streets after a report of an unresponsive person. The person turned out to be sleeping in the alleyway.

4:37 p.m.-A report of stolen medication was taken in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.

5:42 p.m.-Officers responded to an animal complaint in the 700 block of Wilbur Street.

5:45 p.m.-Kevin Belcher, 29, was arrested on a domestic violence charge. He is being held at the Crawford County Justice Center pending a court appearance.

5:55 p.m.-Officers spoke to a citizen regarding telecommunications harassment in the 500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

7:04 p.m.-Officers checked the area of Prospect Street and East Oakwood Avenue for a reported juvenile riding a go-kart in the street.

7:18 p.m.-Officers searched the area of Earl Street for a reported dirt bike riding in the road with no tags.

7:20 p.m.-Officers handled a parking complaint in the 800 block of South Poplar Street.

8:47 p.m.-A welfare check was conducted in the 100 block of Whetstone Street.

10:23 p.m.-Officers checked the 600 block of East Warren Street for a 911 hang-up call.

12:22 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of South Sandusky Avenue and Charles Street was investigated. The driver had pulled over for a phone call and fallen asleep but was fine.
