BUCYRUS—Bucyrus Police officers investigated several complaints of fireworks throughout the city Thursday evening.

Beginning around 9:21 p.m., officers responded to reports of fireworks in the Sherman Street, Marion Road, Hopley Avenue and Woodlawn Avenue areas. At 11:12 p.m., a report of fireworks in the area of Prospect Street and Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

7:55 a.m.-Officers spoke to a person on Hill Street asking for directions.

8:10 a.m.-Robert Skaggs, 45, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County while in the 100 block of East Mansfield Street. He is being held pending a court appearance.

8:26 a.m.-Officers investigated a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at North Sandusky Avenue and Mary Street. One driver was issued a citation for red light violation.

8:55 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a man in the 200 block of North Highland Avenue.

10:31 a.m.-Officers spoke to a woman at the police department about a trespassing issue.

11:54 a.m.-Officers assisted a woman experiencing mental issues.

12:57 p.m.-A report of people panhandling in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

1:11 p.m.-Officers checked on a dog left in a vehicle in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street. The owner was warned.

1:37 p.m.-Officers assisted with a vehicle lockout in the 300 block of West Irving Street.

1:52 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 1100 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

2:04 p.m.-Officers investigated a parking complaint in the 1200 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

2:08 p.m.-Officers delivered a message for Lexington Police in the 700 block of Melody Lane.

2:36 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of bikes stolen in the 1000 block of South East Street.

2:57 p.m.- Officers removed debris from the roadway in the area of East Southern Avenue and Prospect Street.

3:41 p.m.- Officers assisted with a motor vehicle lockout in the 800 block of Rose Court.

4:13 p.m.-A wallet found in the 200 block of West Mary Street was brought to the police department.

4:26 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 500 block of Tiffin Street.

4:56 p.m.- Officers assisted with a motor vehicle lockout in the 500 block of South Walnut Street.

6:11 p.m.- Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department in the area of Hopley Avenue and South East Street.

6:18 p.m.- A report of a motorcycle speeding in the area of Tiffin Street and Bland Avenue was investigated.

6:56 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1800 block of East Mansfield  Street.

9:12 p.m.-Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.

9:19 p.m.- A domestic dispute was reported in the 800 block of South East Street.

10:02 p.m.- A report was made of a child alone in a vehicle in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived.

10:48 p.m.-A resident in the 600 block of South Walnut Street reported being followed by a suspicious man.

11:26 p.m.-A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to report receiving threats from someone he knows.

11:45 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street.

1:26 a.m.-Kara Wine, 27, Columbus, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

2:42 a.m.-A disturbance in the 1200 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

6:24 a.m.-A fire hydrant was knocked over in the area of Hopley Avenue and Kincora Drive.
