7:34 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 100 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

8:39 a.m.-A Rogers Street resident reported vandalism to his vehicle.

9:43 a.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

11:26 a.m.-Officers spoke with a Charlotte Street resident regarding a civil issue.

11:55 a.m.-Matthew L Myers, 37, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant after officers were called to Walmart to investigate a shoplifting incident. Myers was also charged with theft and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held pending a court appearance.

12:36 p.m.-Officers checked on a report of a residence being vandalized in the area Lane and Blicke Streets.

1:25 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 300 block of South Lane Street.

3:52 p.m.-A report of fraud was made in the 1000 block of Wingert Street.

3:38 p.m.-A person spoke with officers in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

3:43 p.m.-Officers investigated a theft complaint in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.

6:23 p.m.-Keivon L Clarke-Hungley, 19, was arrested in the 600 block of South Sandusky Avenue and charged with possession of drugs and also cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. He was released pending a court appearance.

7:46 p.m.-A welfare check was requested in the 800 block of East Warren Street.

10:16 p.m.-Officers investigated a one-vehicle injury accident in the Hopley Avenue and Washington Street area. A traffic citation was issued. One person was taken to Bucyrus Community Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.

12:43 p.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth EMS in the 700 block of Wilbur Street.

6:20 a.m.-Officers removed an obstruction from the roadway in the Hillcrest and Victoria Drive area.

9:37 a.m.-Officers took a dog bite complaint in the 900 block of Hull Avenue.

11:12 a.m.-Possible drug paraphernalia was picked up in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

12:03 p.m.-Officers checked an open building in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street.

12:48 p.m.-A report of a possible vicious dog running loose on Beverly Drive was received. It was gone upon officers’ arrival.

2:32 p.m.-Andrew J Horner, 35, was arrested in the 1500 block of Marion Road on a Crawford County warrant.  He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending a court appearance.

3:09 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the Lawn Avenue area was investigated.

3:20 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 100 block of Heritage Circle.

3:54 p.m.-A Lavina Avenue resident reported damage to his landscaping overnight.

4:12 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of kids riding an ATV on Wilbur Street.

5:11 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a fight in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue. There was no one in the area fighting.

6:34 p.m.-A disturbance in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

7:49 p.m.-Officers investigated an open building in the 300 block of Lawn Avenue. Raelynn Skelton, 41, was issued a court date for a warrant out of Crawford County.

7:59 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the Washington Square area.

8:20 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person in the 300 block of Iron Street regarding harassment.

9:10 p.m.-A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 900 block of Hopley Avenue.

10:30 p.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth EMS in the 1000 block of Rogers Street. William Butterman, 53, was arrested and charged with misconduct at an emergency. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

11:07 p.m.-A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of Virginia Avenue.

11:32 p.m.-Cody Zeger, 33, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence in the 200 block of North Poplar Street. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held pending a court appearance.

1:03 a.m.-Officers investigated a loud music complaint in the 200 block of South Highland Avenue.

3:35 a.m.-Officers investigated a vehicle with an open door in the Sherman and Plymouth Street area.

6:29 a.m.-A domestic situation was mediated in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.

9:26 a.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Sheriff’s Deputies with a traffic stop in the 800 block of Marion Road.

10:14 a.m.-A suspicious vehicle on Crossroads Boulevard was investigated.

11:43 a.m.-A motorist was issued a traffic citation for left of center on Orra Street.

4:28 p.m.-Officers took a report of an assault in the 400 block of West Warren Street. It is an open investigation.

4:30 p.m.-Officers performed a welfare check in the 1300 block of Whetstone Street.

4:40 p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 600 block of Aurora Street.

5:21 p.m.-Officers spoke with an individual at the station regarding a disturbance.

10:04 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the area of South East Street and East Oakwood Avenue.

10:06 p.m.-Officers assisted a person experiencing mental health issues in the area of Home Circle Drive.

2:07 a.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the area of Aumiller Park.

2:19 a.m.-A loud music complaint was investigated in the area of West Center and South Spring Streets.

11:18 a.m.-A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was investigated in the 700 block of Virginia Avenue. One driver was issued a citation for improper backing.

1:31 p.m.-Employees at Walmart spoke to officers about a person trespassing in the store.

2:10 p.m.-Officers checked an audible alarm in the 1000 block of Marion Road.

3:21 p.m.-Officers took a report of a traffic issue in the 900 block of Hopley Avenue.

3:27 p.m.-Officers investigated a 911 hang-up in the 100 block of South Lane Street.

7:11 p.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 600 block of North Lane Street.

7:56 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

8:08 p.m.-A person came to the station to file a theft report.

8:27 p.m.-Officers investigated a false alarm in the 1300 block of West Home Circle Drive.
