6:06 p.m.-A cell phone found that was found in the roadway at North Lane and East Mary Streets was turned over to police.

8:58 p.m.-Cody Walter, 25, and Kaytione Walter, 21, were both arrested on warrants and probation violations. Cody Walter was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center and Kaytione Walter was released to Mansfield Police officers.
9:48 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the area of Ann and Myers Streets.
10:03 p.m.-Officers investigated a parking complaint in the 600 block of West Charles Street.
