9:27 a.m.-Officers spoke with a Songer Avenue resident regarding a person stealing electricity from him.
10:07 a.m.-A Whetstone Street resident reported her vehicle taken by someone she knows. The vehicle was later located and returned.
11:16 a.m.-A parking complaint in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.
12:33 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1700 block of Marion Road.
2:52 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 500 block of Plymouth Street.
3:50 p.m.-A person came to the police department to document a violation of a civil custody agreement.
7:10 p.m.-Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle sitting in the middle of the road on Catherine Street. It was a disabled vehicle and the owner was making arrangements for it.
8:23 p.m.-A disturbance at Kroger was investigated. Pedestrians in the 200 block of East Mary Street had a dispute involving name-calling.
8:33 p.m.-A resident in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street reported an unwanted person on their porch refusing to leave.
9:25 p.m.-Officers assisted a deputy on a traffic stop in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
10:00 p.m.-Officers mediated a domestic dispute in the 400 block of North Walnut Street.
11:28 p.m.-A resident on Maple Street reported hearing noises in the upstairs of her home and had found a window open. Officer searched the residence and did not locate anyone.

2:52 a.m.-A report of a female in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street yelling on a porch was investigated. She was found to be locked out of her home officers helped her gain entry.
6:10 a.m.-Officers directed traffic on Washington Square due to a malfunctioning traffic light.
