6:59 a.m.-A report of loud music in the 800 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.

7:14 a.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 300 block of East Warren Street.

7:41 a.m.-A 16-year-old female was cited after a one-vehicle accident in the 400 block of East Irving Street. The car was disabled when it struck a utility pole. AEP responded and the car was towed from the scene.

8:50 a.m.-Officers made a standby for the city property maintenance officer.

10:03 a.m.-Officers investigated an assault complaint in the 800 block of South Spring Street. The accused person was stopped a few blocks away and cited for drug paraphernalia. A standby was conducted at the residence and the man that was not welcome at the location gathered his property and left the area.

11:47 a.m.-A civil standby was requested in the 1600 block of Marion Road for a landlord-tenant dispute.

11:59 a.m.-Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems in the 100 block of Hill Street.

12:43 a.m.-A domestic problem in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue was investigated.

1:26 p.m.-Property found in the 400 block of Wallace Avenue was returned to its owner.

3:14 p.m.-A motorist was given a verbal warning for speeding in a school zone on Hopley Avenue.

3:32 p.m.-A motorist was given a verbal warning for their manner of driving in the area of East Southern Avenue and Rogers Street.

3:37 p.m.-Officers checked on a reported suspicious vehicle at Aumiller Park.

4:00 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding a prior case.

4:29 p.m.-A report of some sort of a chemical tank in the area of Marion Road and Southern Avenue was investigated. The tank belonged to CenturyLink who was using it at the time to keep pressure on a line.

5:32 p.m.-A Woodlawn Ave resident reported two air conditioners stolen from her residence.

6:32 p.m.-Officers checked on a man who was reportedly riding on the back of a train at Hopley Avenue.  The man was a railroad worker.

8:27 p.m.-Officers assisted a disabled motorist near Wayside Chapel in the 2000 block of Kerstetter Road.

9:02 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the 1200 block of Orra Street.

9:26 p.m.-Officers responded to a dispute in the 800 block of South Poplar Street with a man that was knocking loudly on the door. Daniel Dillow, 41, was arrested on a warrant out of Delaware County.

10:17 p.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 1500 block of Rosedale Ave.

12:30 a.m.-A resident in the 500 block of Failor Street reported hearing noises outside her home.  Officers checked around the residence and did not locate anyone.

1:48 a.m.-A report of a barking dog in the 200 block of Wayne Avenue was investigated.

2:24 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle at Waterford Glen was investigated.
