7:15 a.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the area of Waterford Glen.
9:02 a.m.-A domestic dispute in the 1300 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.
9:53 a.m.-A motorist reported a rock fell from a railroad overpass on East Mansfield Street and damaged her windshield.
10:14 a.m.-Officers made a civil standby in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street.
1:21 p.m.-Officers assisted Life Support Team EMS in the 400 block of Songer Avenue with someone who had fallen.
2:00 p.m.-A report of a juvenile laying on the sidewalk at Rensselaer and Lane Streets was investigated. The juvenile was gone upon officer’s arrival.
3:10 p.m.-A juvenile complaint was investigated in the 900 block of West Perry Street.
4:27 p.m.-One income tax summons was served on Clinton Street.
4:32 p.m.-A report of a domestic dispute was made in the area of East Mansfield and East Streets. The couple was not located.
4:36 p.m.-A disturbance that occurred earlier on South Sandusky Avenue was reported at the police department.
5:27 p.m.-A welfare check was made in the 200 block of East Lucas Street.
6:33 p.m.-A welfare check was made in the 400 block of West Warren Street.
6:50 p.m.-Officers responded with EMS and investigated a non-fatal overdose.
7:01 p.m.-A theft report of a snow blower was taken at the police department.
8:12 p.m.-Officers assisted with a welfare check on a juvenile in the 100 block of East Charles Street.
8:14 p.m.-The K-9 unit assisted an outside agency.
8:53 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve an income tax summons.
8:55 p.m.-Officers spoke to a person at the station about a previous report involving furnishing alcohol to a minor.
9:03 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve an income tax summons.
9:12 p.m.-A welfare check was requested in the area of Bucyrus Plaza.
11:37 p.m.-Officers assisted with an unruly juvenile in the 400 block of Hopley Avenue and the juvenile was escorted to their parent.

3:36 a.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 200 block of North Walnut Street and two people were warned against trespassing on private property.
