10:10 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

10:43 a.m.-Officers spoke to a woman at the police department about a medication problem.

2:47 p.m.- Officers disposed of drug paraphernalia found on West Oakwood Avenue.

3:00 p.m.- A report of an erratic driver was made in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

3:04 p.m.- A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block of East Mansfield Street.

4:03 p.m.- Officers assisted the Humane Society in the 200 block of North Poplar Street.

4:33 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was made in the area of Aumiller Park.

8:00 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

8:57 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 800 block of Beverly Drive.

9:03 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 1000 block of East Warren Street.

9:32 p.m.- A report of loud music was made in the area of East Southern Avenue and South East Street. Kids playing basketball turned the music down.

10:30 p.m.- Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department in the area of Harris and Hopley Avenues. A pedestrian in the area had been in a fight. The individual declined to make a complaint.

10:48 p.m.-Officers assisted an Ohio State trooper on a traffic stop in the area of West Mansfield and Spring Streets.

11:14 p.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to an overdose in the 400 block of West Mansfield Street. It was non-fatal and the person was treated at the hospital.

12:09 a.m.-A report of a fight in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated and the people had dispersed.

7:22 a.m.-Officers spoke to a man in the East Charles and South East Street area after a report of him acting suspiciously.

7:55 a.m.-Officers checked on a suspicious vehicle at the Industrial Park. It was a disabled vehicle and they got it moving.

9:52 a.m.-Officers spoke to a woman at the police department about a dog call.

4:18 p.m.- A report of a possible domestic dispute was made in the area of East Southern and Hopley Avenues.

4:23 p.m.- A traffic crash on private property in the 400 block of Heritage Circle was investigated. A tow truck responded for one of the involved vehicles that had heavy damage. A 33-year-old male was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence.

4:24 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

7:29 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 200 block of West Mary Street. A person involved reported having chest pains and EMS transported them to the hospital.

2:24 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 400 block of Charlotte Street was investigated.

3:07 a.m.-A disturbance in the 900 block of Earl Street was investigated. A drunk man was outside of a residence vomiting and he went back in his residence.

4:16 a.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to an unknown medical alarm in the 400 block of West Rensselaer Street.

9:28 a.m.-Officers spoke to a man in the 300 block of Songer Avenue about someone attempting to steal utilities.

11:32 a.m.-Officers checked the 500 block of West Warren Street after a report of kids throwing rocks in the area.

1:01 p.m.-Officers did a welfare check in the 300 block of Wallace Avenue.

2:46 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a warrant.

3:13 p.m.- A parking complaint was investigated in the 300 block of North Sandusky Avenue. A red Chevy blazer was reported by the driver of a gray Ford Escort, to be blocking the alley. The driver of the Escort said they would not move they were there first. The officer advised the parties involved that it was two-way traffic north and south to the east-west alley and the drivers went on their way without incident.

4:13 p.m.- Officers assisted a resident in the 300 block of East Warren Street.

4:21 p.m.- A report of a dog running at large was investigated in the 1200 block of North Sandusky Avenue. A relative of the owner was contacted.

4:37 p.m.- Officers spoke to a person at the station about a custody issue.

4:39 p.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 300 block of Lawn Avenue with a person experiencing mental health issues and an injury.

4:53 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 700 block of Beverly Drive. A person reportedly was sick from smoking an unknown substance.

5:32 p.m.- A report of a suspicious person was investigated in the 700 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

10:21 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 900 block of Victoria Drive.

11:05 p.m.- Officers checked the 600 block of Woodlawn Avenue on report of a person trespassing in the area.

4:03 a.m.-Officers investigated a domestic complaint in the 800 block of Rose Court.

4:32 a.m.-Officers responded to the 800 block of West Perry Street to search for an 85-year-old person that was outside, wandering, whereabouts unknown. The person was located and was safe with a relative.
