8:55 a.m.-A traffic report was taken in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
11:53 a.m.-Officers spoke to a man at the police department about a civil matter.
3:53 p.m.- One income tax summons was served in the 300 block of West Mansfield Street.
4:12 p.m.- A traffic complaint was investigated on North Sandusky Avenue. A flatbed semi-tractor trailer lost part of a load of shingles and was retrieving them from the road.
4:44 p.m.- A traffic accident was investigated in the area of East Street and Woodlawn Avenue. No injuries were reported and a citation was issued.
5:15 p.m.- A report of a burglary was taken in the 100 block of North Highland Avenue. A laptop was reported stolen.
5:22 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons.
5:28 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 500 block of Jones Street.
5:57 p.m.- A parking complaint was made in the 600 block of East Oakwood Avenue.
6:00 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was made in the 600 block of Whetstone Street.
7:04 p.m.- A tilt/lift chair was reported stolen from a porch on Gaius Street overnight.
7:10 p.m.- A juvenile was reported missing at the police department. He was found at a friend’s house.
7:13 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 1200 block of High Street.
7:37 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve an income tax summons.
7:53 p.m.- Six income tax summons were served in the 700 block of Prospect Street.
7:55 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons.
8:04 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a summons.
8:21 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Failor Street.
8:32 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 800 block of South Poplar Street.

12:23 a.m.-A fight in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street was mostly one person causing a problem. The person refused treatment and was released to the care of a friend.
12:42 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 2300 block of Kerstetter Road.
1:36 a.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to an unknown medical issue in the 100 block of Washington Square.
2:56 a.m.-A report of suspicious people in the 1100 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.
3:51 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a person in the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
4:27 a.m.-Officers spoke with a person experiencing a mental issue in the 1600 block of Marion Road.
7:07 a.m.-A report of a burglary in the 400 block of Sheckler Street was investigated.
8:13 a.m.-Officers spoke to a person at the police department about obtaining a civil protection order.
10:29 a.m.-Officers assisted a man experiencing mental issues in the 1600 block of Marion Road.
10:37 a.m.-A false alarm was received in the 700 block of Gay Street.
1:43 p.m.-A report of an assault that happened on Friday at Walmart is being investigated.
2:50 p.m.- A report of an assault was made in the area of Heritage Circle.
3:48 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 1400 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
3:52 p.m.-A traffic complaint was made in the 300 block of South Poplar Street.
4:40 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a summons on South Poplar Street.
4:10 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a summons on West Mary Street.
4:18 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve a summons on High Street.
5:09 p.m.- Cody Walter, 22, was arrested in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue on a Crawford County warrant from a domestic violence complaint earlier in the week. He was taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
5:30 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 200 block of North Poplar Street.
5:39 p.m.- A report of a dog howling in the 1700 block of Whetstone Street was investigated.
7:08 p.m.- A report of a possible breaking and entering was unfounded in the 100 block of Heritage Circle. A person had been knocking on the door loudly.
8:01 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 1200 block of High Street.
8:13 p.m.- Officer checked on the welfare of a person in the 1100 block of Whetstone Street.
8:22 p.m.- Three income tax summons were served in the 3600 block of Stetzer Road.
8:45 p.m.- Officers checked the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue for a report of an impaired driver.
8:48 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 1000 block of Southland Avenue.
8:54 p.m.- Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department in the area of Woodlawn and Hopley Avenues.
9:06 p.m.- A report of juveniles breaking bottles in the road in the 1000 block of Wingert Street was investigated.
9:09 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department in the area of Hopley Avenue and Rogers Street.
10:02 p.m.- Officers checked on a stumbling pedestrian reportedly causing a disturbance by pounding on windows in the 100 block of West Warren Street. Robert Gallant, 42, was arrested in the 100 block of East Warren Street on charges of disorderly conduct.
10:25 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the 300 block of Lawn Avenue.
10:46 p.m.-A resident on Ohio Drive reported being followed by an unknown person.
11:32 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

12:03 a.m.-A male on Waterford Glen reported being assaulted by people he knows. Officers are investigating.
12:31 a.m.-A resident in the 1100 block of Woodlawn Avenue requested an officer check around her residence after an unknown person rang her doorbell repeatedly.
12:48 a.m.-A disturbance in the 100 block of Washington Square was investigated.
1:58 a.m.-A report of a fight in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated. All the people had dispersed.
2:08 a.m.-A report of a vehicle hitting a pole in Broadway Alley is under investigation. A dark grey Pontiac G6 left a mirror on the ground next to a pole and left the area. There was not any damage to the pole.
3:16 a.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel for a medical call to the 800 block of Faustina Avenue.
6:34 a.m.-A resident in the 100 block of Heritage Circle reported a screen door cut at the residence.
9:15 a.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service in the 700 block of East Oakwood Avenue.
9:50 a.m.-Officers conducted a civil standby in the 700 block of Hopley Avenue.
11:15 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a man in the 2100 block of East Mansfield Street.
2:10 p.m.-Officers assisted Juvenile Court Authorities in the 500 block of Jones Street.
2:23 p.m.-Officers assisted a disabled motorist in the 400 block of Beal Avenue.
2:40 p.m.-A parking complaint was investigated on Bland Avenue.
2:52 p.m.- A report of a breaking and entering was made in the 700 block of Hopley Avenue and there is a landlord-tenant dispute.
3:16 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 1000 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
3:51 p.m.- A one-vehicle accident was reported in the area of Mansfield and Whetstone Streets where a vehicle slid into an old pole and there was minor damage.
5:24 p.m.- A two-vehicle, non-injury crash was investigated in the area of Plymouth and Lane Streets and a citation was issued.
6:40 p.m.-A 911 hang-up call was investigated by officers in the 400 block of East Warren Stree.
8:30 p.m.- A disturbance with a disorderly patron was investigated in the 1300 block of East Mansfield Street.
8:44 p.m.- A noise disturbance was investigated on Sitler Avenue.
11:00 p.m.- An assault report was taken in the 400 block of Heritage Circle.

4:42 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 600 block of South Walnut Street.
5:49 a.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in delivering a message in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive.
