9:19 a.m.-Officers assisted Portsmouth EMS in the 900 block of Woodlawn Avenue with a man who had fallen.
9:51 a.m.-Officers spoke to a woman at the police department about a parking ticket.
11:44 a.m.-A male was cited for failure to reinstate his driver’s license after officers were called to investigate a minor accident in the 900 block of Maple Street.
12:03 p.m.-Employees of Bucyrus Manor reported illegal dumping on their property. A resident was contacted and warned and directed to the proper dumpster to use for their property.
12:11 p.m.-Officers responded to a report of a disturbance in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue. An unruly patron left the premises.
12:27 p.m.-A business owner in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue reported someone illegally dumping trash on his property. The suspect was identified with video and officers are continuing to investigate.
12:55 p.m.-Two juveniles were arrested for shoplifting in the 100 block of North Lane Street. They were turned over to their parents pending a court appearance.
3:22 p.m.-A resident reported a possible scam.
4:14 p.m.-A person came to the police department to report fraudulent activity on her checking account. When it was determined to have happened in the county, she was directed to the Sheriff’s Office.
4:15 p.m.-A minor private property accident in the 1000 block of East Beal Avenue was investigated.
4:25 p.m.-A two-vehicle accident in the area of Whetstone Street and Hopley Avenue was investigated. A traffic citation was issued to one of the drivers.
5:39 p.m.-Officers assisted a Crawford County Sheriff’s Office deputy on a traffic stop in the 200 block of Whetstone Street.
5:39 p.m.-A report of a man walking on Plymouth Street carrying a long gun was investigated. No one was located in the area and no one reported any problems in the area.
6:16 p.m.-Officers responded with the Bucyrus Fire Department to a possible trailer fire in Waterford Glen. The resident was trying to thaw pipes under their trailer and burnt some insulation in the process.
8:16 p.m.-A Bucyrus resident came to the police department to report unauthorized charges to his checking account.
9:45 p.m.-A disturbance in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue was investigated. An argument between apartment residents about pizza had gotten out of hand and neither party claimed assault.
9:52 p.m.-A report of a group of suspicious males in the 100 block of East Rensselaer Street was investigated.
10:21 p.m.-A two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 200 block of East Mansfield Street was investigated.
11:45 p.m.-Officers picked up a syringe found in the 500 block of South Poplar Street.
