BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—On March 19, 2025, at approximately 2:40 PM, detectives and officers from the Bucyrus Police Department, working as part of the METRICH Drug Task Force, executed a narcotics search warrant at 122.5 West Mary Street.
The operation aimed to conclude an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking and drug use at the location.
The primary target of the investigation was 42-year-old Michael Hickman, a resident of Bucyrus. During the search, law enforcement officials seized approximately 3 grams of suspected fentanyl, 3 grams of suspected crack cocaine, and several items of drug paraphernalia.
Hickman was arrested at the scene and transported to the Crawford County Justice Center, where he is being held on charges of drug trafficking, tampering with evidence, and drug possession.
All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
