7:14 a.m.-Officers spoke with a Colonial Drive resident regarding a civil issue.

7:56 a.m.-A report of a vehicle in the ditch at Crossroads Boulevard was investigated.

10:30 a.m.-A report of an erratic driver on South Walnut Street was unfounded.

11:24 a.m.-A Bucyrus Plaza resident requested an officer to check some property they found.

12:02 p.m.-A resident came to the station to report receiving a suspicious letter.

2:15 p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic violence complaint and Orville Lusher, 50, was arrested in the 500 block of Park Avenue on a charge of domestic violence. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

2:32 p.m.- An injury accident was investigated in the area of Rensselaer Street and South Sandusky Avenue. It was found to be a non-injury accident and one driver was issued a citation for the rear-end collision.

4:05 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons on Wallace Avenue.

4:15 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons on South Walnut Street.

4:28 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons on North Highland Avenue.

4:38 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons on Gay Street.

4:48 p.m.- An assault complaint involving two elderly ladies was investigated in the 500 block of Wedgewood Court.

5:12 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 2100 block of Stetzer Road.

5:47 p.m.- Jeremy Sheldon was arrested at the police department as part of a larceny investigation.

5:49 p.m.-One income tax summons was served in the 900 block of Reid Street.

6:18 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive.

6:25 p.m.- A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 300 block of Dunloe Court.

6:59 p.m.- A summons was served for a property maintenance code violation in the 900 block of Wingert Street.

7:26 p.m.- Officers attempted to serve income tax summons on North Spring Street.

7:36 p.m.- Four summons were served for property maintenance code violations in the 400 block of East Southern Avenue.

7:51 p.m.- A domestic dispute was investigated in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive.

8:52 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive. A person at an apartment was fighting with occupants. The unwelcome party left voluntarily.

9:16 p.m.- Officers responded to a report of a person taking a dog without permission. Complainants tried to meet up with the accused to recover the dog and there was a dispute and threats. Zachary Mitchell was arrested in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue on a Tiffin Police Department warrant and was released to Tiffin Police officers.

9:46 p.m.- Officers assisted a citizen with a car seat at the police department.

10:25 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance Service personnel in the 700 block of Beverly Drive. Officers are investigating drug use at the location.

11:41 p.m.-A report of a suspicious couple at Any Time Fitness was investigated. They were having car trouble outside the business.

2:02 a.m.-A report of a fight behind the Horseshoe Bar was unfounded.

9:37 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a man in the 300 block of Hill Street and EMS was called for him.

9:40 a.m.-Officers checked the area of the 900 block of West Perry Street regarding a 911 hang-up call. Then officers assisted the man experiencing mental issues, hiding in bushes, in the 800 block of Cleland Avenue.

11:47 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS in the 500 block of Howard Avenue.

11:59 a.m.-A report of property damage in the 800 block of Woodale Avenue was investigated.

12:39 p.m.-A fight was reported in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue and was unfounded upon the officer’s arrival.

12:44 p.m.-Employees of Ace Hardware, 713 S. Sandusky, reported a rented floor scrubber was not returned.

1:45 p.m.- An accident was investigated in the area of Lane and Rensselaer Streets and a citation was issued.

2:00 p.m.- Officers checked on a person having an exhibiting excited delirium behavior. John W. Spears was arrested in the 400 block of Kaler Avenue on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damaging.  He was issued a summons on the charges and taken to Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

2:54 p.m.- A theft report was taken in the 200 block of Harper Avenue.

8:06 p.m.- A 911 open line call was investigated in the 900 block of West Perry Street. There was no incident.

8:42 p.m.- Two income tax summons were served in the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

9:00 p.m.- A resident came to the station to request a welfare check.

11:07 p.m.-An Arrowhead Drive resident reported her wallet missing.

12:19 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS at the Horseshoe Bar with a patron having a minor medical issue.

7:37 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 400 block of West Oakwood Avenue.

8:41 a.m.-A resident in the 100 block of East Southern Avenue reported an inflatable snowman stolen from his yard overnight.

8:57 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a breaking and entering of a garage in the 100 block of South Spring Street.

11:48 a.m.-Officers checked the 200 block of South Lane Street after a report of kids breaking cinder blocks in the area.

12:47 p.m.-Officers checked the railroad beds off Plymouth Street after railroad personnel reported someone messing around the area.

1:32 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a domestic dispute in the 600 block of South Walnut Street. It was a verbal dispute.

2:12 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a disturbance described as a couple in a car engaging in intimate relations outside the hotel in the 1500 block of North Sandusky Avenue. People in a black Kia near the dumpster were just talking.

3:49 p.m.-A disturbance in the 900 block of Woodlawn Avenue was a verbal dispute.

8:15 p.m.-A report of someone yelling in the 1300 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated. A resident in the area was just yelling at his dogs.

8:35 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant on West Rensselaer Street.

10:05 p.m.-A report of a fight in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue was investigated and it was a verbal domestic argument.

11:35 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of Plymouth Street was investigated and it was someone waiting to meet another.

1:24 a.m.-A report of someone driving a go-cart in the Blicke Street area was unfounded.

6:28 a.m.-An overtime parking issue in the 800 block of Prospect Street was investigated.
