Bucyrus Police bust meth and fentanyl trafficker after K9 sniffs out cleverly resealed Doritos chip bag

BUCYRUS―On Thursday at approximately 8:42 pm, a Bucyrus Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on N. Sandusky Ave at Irving Street.

K9 Capone was deployed to sniff the vehicle, and after positive indication, officers discovered a Doritos Chip bag and found it to be resealed.

After opening the bag, officers seized bags of suspected meth and fentanyl.

Shane Fick, 27, of Berlin Heights, OH, was arrested and taken to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department with approximately 5 grams of suspected fentanyl and 8 grams of suspected meth.
