8:38 a.m.-A West Beal Avenue resident reported copper decorations stolen from her patio overnight.
9:02 a.m.-Drug paraphernalia that was found was turned into officers.
9:21 a.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding debit card fraud.
9:37 a.m.-A Plymouth Street resident reported a campaign sign stolen from his front yard overnight.
10:34 a.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding a civil matter.
12:19 p.m.-Darla A. Flanagan, 39, was arrested in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue on a Huron County warrant. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center pending transport to Huron County.
2:32 p.m.-Officers investigated a parking complaint in the 1200 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
3:04 p.m.- A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 700 block of Beverly Drive.
4:13 p.m.- A suspicious person was reported in the 900 block of Hopley Avenue.
4:43 p.m.-Officers checked a report of suspicious activity in the 900 block of Whetstone Street.
6:09 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance in the area of Washington Square.
7:16 p.m.-A report of a person trespassing was investigated in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive.
7:31 p.m.-Donald Fetters was issued two traffic citations and charged with drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a court appearance.
8:37 p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of West Warren Street.
8:53 p.m.-Officers investigated a disturbance in the area of Aumiller park.
8:58 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street.
9:34 p.m.-Officers investigated a barking dog complaint in the 400 block of South East Street.
11:18 p.m.-A resident in the 900 block of West Southern Avenue reported his mailbox damaged after it was hit by a vehicle.
