Bucyrus police made two unrelated arrests earlier this week. Both individuals are being held at the Crawford County Justice Center pending their appearances in court.
Brandon Powell of Ohio Court was arrested on a charge he violated the terms of his probationary status.
Thirty-three-year-old Matthew Townley was arrested on Wednesday afternoon in the area of Plymouth and Earl streets. Townley was charged with violating a protection order, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.
