8:40 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 400 block of East Lucas Street.

10:11 a.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 900 block of West Beal Avenue.

11:42 a.m.-A report of a person spraying a chemical in the area of Heritage Circle turned out to be a lawn care company.

2:08 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station about a possible assault. The person reported being assaulted by someone known to them.

2:55 p.m.-A disturbance in the 200 block of North Sandusky Avenue was investigated. It was a verbal domestic dispute.

3:23 p.m.-A disturbance in the Kroger parking lot was investigated. It was a domestic dispute and it moved to the library parking lot where it was mediated.

4:17 p.m.-A private property accident at Circle K was investigated.

9:15 p.m.-Officers assisted a deputy on a traffic stop in the area of Marion Road and Southern Avenue.

9:43 p.m.-Officers checked on a suspicious person in the 200 block of South Lane Street. A female pedestrian had been lying on the ground and she was picked up by a taxi.

9:44 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a person in the 900 block of Marion Road.

10:19 p.m.-A disturbance in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue was a domestic argument and the protection order previously pertaining to the parties involved had recently been canceled by the court.

11:54 p.m.-A report of a suspicious juvenile in the North Lane Street area was a person charging a phone at an outside electric outlet.

1:29 a.m.-A report of loud music in the 100 block of Failor Street was investigated.

1:37 a.m.-A report of two loud males at Harmon Park was investigated.

2:12 a.m.-A traffic stop was made in the 200 block of East Charles Street. Michelle Hillman, 49, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. She was issued a date to appear in court and was released to a sober party.

2:34 a.m.-Patrick Thompson, 39, was arrested on a warrant out of Crawford County. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

3:04 a.m.-A report of two small children in the street in the area of Park and Woodlawn Avenues was unfounded.

4:19 a.m.-A report of a suspicious red vehicle with four occupants checking on parked vehicles in the Victoria Drive area was investigated.

4:30 a.m.-A resident in the 600 block of East Oakwood Avenue reported their parked vehicle entered into.

5:42 a.m.-A resident of Bucyrus Estates reported his vehicle entered overnight.

5:47 a.m.-A report of a running vehicle with an open door and no one around in the 100 block of Gaius Street was investigated. It was secured and the keys were given to the owner.

7:00 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a burglary in the 100 block of North Spring Street.

10:03 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of dogs running loose in the 800 block of East Mansfield Street.

11:07 a.m.-A report of people arguing in the Waterford Glen area was unfounded.

12:15 p.m.-A resident in the 800 block of Wingert Street reported her vehicle broken into overnight.

12:28 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of suicide threats. The person denied making any threats.

1:11 p.m.-A two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 100 block of Gaius Street was investigated.

1:12 p.m.-A report of someone dumping ashes in the 400 block of West Center Street was investigated.

2:06 p.m.-A resident in the 1700 block of Marion Road reported his radiator punctured overnight.

2:34 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a boy being threatened by someone at the park.

2:55 p.m.-A report of possible gunshots in the area of Irving and Wingert Streets was investigated.

3:10 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a resident in Waterford Glen.

3:18 p.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to the 1000 block of East Warren Street for a medical emergency.

3:49 p.m.-Officers were flagged over in the area of Warren and Whetstone Streets by a person who had lost his dog. The dog was later located and returned to its owner.

5:41 p.m.-A resident from the 600 block of Prospect Street reported medication stolen from his residence.

6:12 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 1600 block of Colonial Drive.

7:00 p.m.-A disturbance in the 900 block of South East Street was investigated.

7:32 p.m.-Officers investigated a trespassing complaint in a trailer on a property in the 1200 block of Monnett Street. A verbal warning against trespassing was issued.

8:08 p.m.-An open building in the 100 block of West Warren Street was investigated.

8:30 p.m.-Two people were trespassed from the Sk8 Factory.

10:10 p.m.-A resident in the 1100 block of Victoria Drive reported someone throwing things at their house.

10:35 p.m.-A report of an erratic driver in the 200 block of East Mary Street was unfounded.

10:43 p.m.-Officers assisted an intoxicated male pedestrian in the Charlotte Street area.

10:47 p.m.-A report of a loud party in the 100 block of North Spring Street was investigated.

11:46 p.m.-A noise complaint in the 500 block of South Spring Street was investigated.

12:01 a.m.-A written traffic warning was issued in the 100 block of East Southern Avenue.

12:51 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in City Lot #3.

2:08 a.m.-Officers on patrol checked on a suspicious vehicle parked at East Point Plaza. A person was sleeping there for the night.

2:18 a.m.-Officers mediated a domestic issue in the 1200 block of Dundee Trail.

7:09 a.m.-Officers received a report of calves loose in the Industrial Park area. The owner of the feeder calves was found and walked all three back home on Tiffin Road.

8:11 a.m.-A parking complaint in the 1300 block of Monnett Street was investigated.

12:26 p.m.-A report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 1700 block of Marion Road was unfounded.

1:32 p.m.-Officers had three young girls clean up the glass and debris of a television they threw into the street on Beverly Drive at Plymouth Street.

1:42 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of an aggressive dog running loose on Songer Avenue. The dog was found in its own yard.

3:12 p.m.-A parking complaint in the 900 block of East Warren Street was investigated.

4:20 p.m.-A report of vandalism in the Waterford Glen area was investigated.

4:45 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of an open door in the 200 block of East Warren Street.

5:13 p.m.-Officers did a civil standby in the 500 block of Failor Avenue.

5:30 p.m.-Officers spoke to a motorist about her manner of driving in the 300 block of Short Street.

6:10 p.m.-Officers did a civil standby in the 900 block of East Mansfield Street.

6:56 p.m.-A 9-1-1 hang-up call was investigated in the 600 block of East Warren Street. It was kids playing with a phone, not an emergency.

7:27 p.m.-Officers investigated an alarm in the 1400 block of Marion Road.

7:39 p.m.-A person on a 3-wheeler was warned about riding it on the streets in the area of Penn and Auto Avenues.

11:14 p.m.-Officers spoke to people about a noise complaint in the 500 block of South Spring Street. Steven Young, 20, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

1:34 a.m.-A report of a possible gunshot in the 200 block of Plymouth Street was investigated.

1:59 a.m.-Officers responded to a possible domestic disturbance and gunshot in the 1200 block of Teddy Avenue. Upon officer’s arrival, a man involved was observed threatening a female. Seth Hunter, 20, was arrested on charges of domestic violence, possession of marijuana and underage consumption of alcohol. Amber Banda, 21, was arrested on an Erie County warrant. They were both taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
