8:02 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of shoplifting from Walmart. The person was advised not to return to the store. Charges were not pressed at this time.
8:38 a.m.-A vehicle was towed from the 300 block of West Warren Street for an overtime parking violation.
9:47 a.m.-A resident in the 600 block of West Mansfield Street reported his rear license plate stolen sometime Saturday.
9:52 a.m.-Officers investigated a parking complaint on Crescent Court.
10:05 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 800 block of Elm Street.
10:39 a.m.-Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 1100 block of Ohio Drive.
11:54 a.m.-A report of an assault was received and remains under investigation.
1:55 p.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 400 block of East Lucas Street.
2:23 p.m.- Officers checked on a reported suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of Clark Street. This was a follow-up call about possible squatters at a vacant residence in that block. Officers located the vehicle parked at Taco Bell with one occupant. The other described involved party was inside Taco Bell and initially refused to identify himself. He had active arrest warrants out of Marion and Crawford Counties. Justin Ratleff, 27, was arrested for the warrants and Lindsey Wooten, 21, was arrested in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue for obstructing official business. K-9 Harvey assisted with the investigation and Wooten was charged with drug paraphernalia. The pair had a vehicle that did not belong to them with license plates not properly registered to the vehicle, among other issues.
2:31 p.m.- Amanda Maiyer, 26, was arrested in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street on charges of theft. She was issued a summons to appear in court and released.
2:40 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street.
2:54 p.m.- A report of the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was made at the police department.
3:40m Officers spoke to a person at the Police Department about a civil issue.
5:05 p.m.- A request for a civil standby was made in the 900 block of Wingert Street.
5:54 p.m.- A report of people soliciting without a permit was made in the 700 block of South Spring Street.
6:20 p.m.-A report of people soliciting without a permit was made in the 800 block of Prospect Street. The parties were warned.
6:53 p.m.- A 911 hang-up call was investigated in the 1900 block of Whetstone Street.

12:48 a.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant on Songer Avenue.
12:57 a.m.-A resident from the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street reported receiving harassing phone calls from someone he knows.
2:02 a.m.-Three income tax summons were issued at the police department.
6:08 a.m.-A report of harassment was made by an individual in the 1300 block of Isaac Beal Road.
