9:06 a.m.-A 9-1-1 hang-up call from the 1200 block of High Street was investigated. Officers responded and it was a domestic argument. It was a verbal dispute that was mediated.

12:21 p.m.-A report of a semi dragging a fence post through town was investigated.

1:03 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of West Oakwood Avenue was investigated and it was visiting clergy.

1:07 p.m.-A resident in the area of Reid and Inez Streets was told to move a basketball hoop positioned on the sidewalk.

1:36 p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic complaint in the 200 block of South Lane Street in which the husband reportedly took his wife’s phone. Colton Hord, 26, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence and a Richland County warrant. Richland County was called and they confirmed the warrant and want him also. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

3:22 p.m.-A parking complaint in the 300 block of Wiley Street was investigated.

3:25 p.m.-A resident at Bucyrus Plaza reported her wallet stolen.

3:31 p.m.-Officers stood by for a civil property exchange in the 400 block of Heritage Circle.

4:10 p.m.-A Bucyrus resident reported his wallet stolen from the 1100 block of West Mansfield Street.

4:45 p.m.-A report of kids picking on other kids at the Bucyrus Elementary School playground was checked.

5:32 p.m.-Officers attempted to deliver a message.

6:07 p.m.-A customer reported her storage unit broken into in the area of Beal Avenue and Whetstone Street.

6:23 p.m.-Officers stood by for a civil property exchange in the 100 block of East Oakwood Avenue.

6:41 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a person in the 800 block of South Spring Street. The person was experiencing morning sickness while a passenger in a vehicle.

7:39 p.m.-Officers checked on the welfare of a person in the Schines Art Park in the 100 block of East Warren Street. A passerby reported he had been staring at the wavy statues the past three days. The person was using Wi-fi and Anthony Love, 47, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant. He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

8:33 p.m.-James Clark, 68, was arrested on a Crawford County warrant.  He was issued a date to appear in court and released.

1:02 a.m.-A disturbance in the 1000 block of Sherwood Drive was investigated and all was quiet.

1:18 a.m.-A parking citation was issued in the 200 block of Wayne Avenue.

1:23 a.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to the 1300 block of Whetstone Street for a medical emergency.

1:28 a.m.-Officers and EMS responded to a semi-tractor trailer in the 800 block of North Sandusky Avenue in which the truck was blocking the roadway and the operator was passed out at the wheel. Craig Bevans, 48, Sidney, Ohio, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence and possession of drugs.  He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
