1:06 p.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 1000 block of Nevada Road.
1:42 p.m.-Officers investigated a theft in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street.
3:28 p.m.-James Shope, 50, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence from an incident last night. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.
4:28 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 200 block of West Warren Street.
4:39 p.m.-A parking complaint in the 900 block of Monnett Street was investigated.
5:54 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person looking into vehicles at Walmart was investigated.
7:14 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant on South Sandusky Avenue.
7:26 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person in the 100 block of West Mansfield Street about an assault.
7:40 p.m.-Officers attempted to serve a warrant on Earl Street.
7:56 p.m.-A disturbance in the 400 block of Charlotte Street was investigated.
9:57 p.m.-A report of a disturbance in the area of South Sandusky Avenue and Lucas Street was investigated.
11:11 p.m.-Officers spoke to a female at the station who reported being threatened by someone she knows.

12:15 a.m.-Officers assisted with a disabled vehicle in the area of North Sandusky Avenue and Plymouth Street.
12:40 a.m.-A report of two suspicious males at the Holiday Inn Express checking in parked vehicles at Sunoco, 1575 N. Sandusky Ave., was investigated. Michael Smith, 23, Indiana, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was released with court date to a sober party after posting bond.
4:05 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a reckless driver on Ohio 4 north into Bucyrus. The vehicle was located at Hymiler, 600 S. Sandusky Ave. and Jerry Templeton, 23, Westerville, was arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving under suspension.
6:05 a.m.-Officers responded to an accident in the East Mansfield Street area.
8:31 a.m.-Officers attempted contact in the 900 block of Faustina regarding dogs in the neighbor’s yard.
9:19 a.m.-Officers spoke to a man at the police department about harassing text messages.
12:34 p.m.-Officers investigated a private property accident at Kettle Run Apartments.
12:47 p.m.-Officers spoke to an unruly 14-year-old at the police department.
3:22 p.m.-A report of a loose dog in the 100 block of Fisher Street was investigated. The owner was located and the dogs were returned home.
5:02 p.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to the 900 block of East Warren Street for a medical emergency.
5:22 p.m.-A 9-1-1 hang up call was investigated. It was an accidental dial by a child at the home.
7:22 p.m.-An open line 9-1-1 call was investigated in the 800 block of South Sandusky Avenue. There was no emergency found.
9:22 p.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to the 1300 block of Grandview Drive for a medical emergency.
9:57 p.m.-Officers assisted a motorist stuck in the grass around Kentucky Fried Chicken. They did not realize the parking lot did not connect with Southern Lights and became stuck when they attempted to drive to the other parking lot.
10:08 p.m.-An open line 9-1-1 call turned out to be a young child who had gotten ahold of a cell phone. There was no emergency at the residence.
10:21 p.m.-Johnarae Hoskins, 39, was arrested on a Richland County warrant. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to await transfer to Richland County.
10:27 p.m.-A resident in the 300 block of Songer Avenue reported someone he knows is stealing his utilities.

10:51 a.m.-Officers checked the 200 block of East Warren Street after a report of possible trespass.
11:19 a.m.-Officers checked the 200 block of South Highland Avenue for a possible water break.
11:48 a.m.-Officers checked the 700 block of Tiffin Street after a report of a suspicious man in the area.
1:13 p.m.-A report of someone trespassing in the 400 block of West Warren Street was unfounded.
1:18 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a man in the 100 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
2:13 p.m.-Officers checked on a dog in the 900 block of Hopley Avenue. The dog was fine and the owner was located.
2:18 p.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Sheriff’s Deputies in the 2300 block of East Mansfield Street on a traffic stop.
4:50 p.m.- Officers investigated a report of possible animal cruelty on East Mansfield Street.
5:03 p.m.- A report of a possible civil protection order violation was unfounded.
5:47 p.m.- A theft report was taken at the police department.
6:12 p.m.- A report of a possible domestic dispute was investigated on Ohio 98.
6:19 p.m.- A hit-skip accident report was taken in the 500 block of Woodlawn Avenue.
6:44 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 1600 block of Marion Road.
6:56 p.m.- A juvenile complaint was taken on Russell Avenue.
8:28 p.m.- A civil standby was requested in the 200 block of Nauman Avenue.
8:33 p.m.- A report of a possible breaking and entering was unfounded in the 1000 block of Tiffin Street.
9:13 p.m.-A report of a breaking and entering was unfounded in the 200 block of West Warren Street.
9:46 p.m.- A report of a possible breaking and entering was unfounded in the 600 block of Link Drive.
10:36 p.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to a medical emergency in the 800 block of West Mary Street.
10:46 p.m.-A resident in the 200 block of East Irving Street reported a window broken out of her home by someone known to them.
