A public hearing will be held by Bucyrus City Council on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 500 S. Sandusky Ave. The Bucyrus City Platting Committee is considering amending Section 1163.04 of the Bucyrus Zoning Code to include a new section to permit multi-family dwellings as a conditional use in the City’s R3 districts.
Residents may express opinions about this proposed zoning classification by appearing at the public hearing or by submitting a letter to John S. Rostash, Zoning Administrator, City of Bucyrus, 500 S. Sandusky Ave., Bucyrus, Ohio 44820. Letters must be received prior to the public hearing so they can be entered into the official record during the hearing.
