Bucyrus mayor proclaims next week as Consitution Week

Bucyrus Mayor Roger Moore has issued a proclamation declaring Sept. 17 to 23 as Constitution Week in Bucyrus.

Moore’s proclamation notes that Sept. 17, next Tuesday, marks the 226^th anniversary of the United States Constitution at the Constitutional Convention.

Moore’s proclamation also asks Bucyrus citizens “to reaffirm the ideals the framers of the Constitution had in 1787 by vigilantly protecting the freedoms guaranteed to us through this guardian of our liberties.”
