BUCYRUS—Demetrius Davis, 42, of Bucyrus, appeared in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence, a felony of the fourth degree punishable with up to 18 months in prison.

In a negotiated plea agreement, Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold sentenced Davis to 18 months in prison with a possible judicial release in the future.
David Pasco, 24, of Forest, pleaded guilty to violating the terms and conditions of his community control after he tested positive for meth and methamphetamines. He admitted to his drug use.
Pasco was placed on community control for possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree punishable with up to 12 months in prison.
Judge Leuthold sentenced Pasco to a flat seven months in prison. He told Pasco he would not oppose transitional control if the prison requested it.
Matthew Lambert, 41, of Nevada, appeared in court with new counsel to ask for a continuance on his community control violation final hearing. Lambert was sentenced to prison in 2019 for two separate cases, both third-degree felonies. He was granted judicial release in 2020 and placed on community control. He violated his probation after he tested positive for meth and methamphetamines. He posted a $25,000 bond.
As is customary, when a defendant on bond appears for a court hearing, a drug test is completed. When tested, he again tested positive for meth and methamphetamines. He denied drug use so that the sample will be sent to an independent lab for analysis.
Judge Leuthold granted Lambert’s request for a continuance so his new attorney could adequately prepare for his defense. Judge Leuthold ordered Lambert’s bond to be doubled to $50,000.
