BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)— A Bucyrus man is facing serious felony charges following an indictment by the August Crawford County Grand Jury.
James Allen Banks, 35, of Bucyrus, was indicted on charges including illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, a second-degree felony, as well as disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
Banks appeared by video from the Crawford County Justice Center for his arraignment before Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold.
Judge Leuthold set Banks’ bond at $200,000 and appointed attorney Michael Brown to represent him. Banks was also ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim(s) or with any juveniles.
A pretrial hearing is expected to be scheduled in the near future.
