BUCYRUSꟷA Bucyrus man was arrested Tuesday evening by Bucyrus Police during an incident in the 400 block of North Walnut Street.

At 5:22  p.m., Gregg Bauer, 57, was arrested for aggravated menacing and disorderly conduct by intoxication. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

8:59 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a woman in the 400 block of Myers Street.

10:17 a.m.-A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 1600 block of East Mansfield Street.

1:23 p.m.-Officers picked up a syringe in the 400 block of West Mary Street.

2:02 p.m.-A domestic dispute in the 800 block of Clay Street was investigated.

3:36  p.m.-Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 500 block of Sears Street.

4:02  p.m.-Officers conducted a civil standby in the 300 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

6:28  p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 100 block of Wallace Avenue.

7:27  p.m.-Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 500 block of East Charles Street.

7:57  p.m.- Officers took a report of an accident in the 900 block of Rogers Street.

8:06  p.m.-Officers took a report of a hit-skip accident in the area of Ann and Myers Streets.

8:19  p.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

10:46 p.m.-Officers attempted a welfare check in the 1100 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

10:52 p.m.-Officers assisted Crawford County Sheriff deputies in the 1300 block of East Mansfield Street.

11:10 p.m.-A resident in the 500 block of South Walnut Street reported that her 13-year-old son had not come home after an argument earlier this evening. He shortly returned home.

11:26 p.m.-A disturbance in the 1100 block of Woodlawn Avenue was investigated.

11:54 p.m.-Officers checked on a couple of suspicious people at Bucyrus Elementary School.

12:18 a.m.-A disturbance in the 800 block of West Mary Street was investigated.

1:36 a.m.-Cody Barthalow, 27, was arrested on three Crawford County warrants. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

1:57 a.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a person in the 500 block of Martin Avenue.

2:26 a.m.-A resident in the 500 block of Prospect Street reported seeing a group of people with spray cans in the alleyway.  Officers checked the area and were unable to locate any people or any spray-painted damage.

2:37 a.m.-A an alarm at Bucyrus Elementary School was investigated. It was a false alarm.

3:40 a.m.-A report of a loud grinding sound was reported in the 900 block of Earl Street. Officers warned a person in the area who was working on a vehicle in his garage.

4:08 a.m.-A report of a suspicious person in the 100 block of Heritage Circle was investigated.

6:17 a.m.-A resident in the 1200 block of Woodlawn Avenue reported possibly hearing a prowler in his yard. No one was located in the area.
