BUCYRUS-A Bucyrus man was arrested Friday evening after making threats against Crawford County judges Sean and Shane Leuthold as well as Bucyrus Police officers.

Allen Henry Jr., 44, was arrested in the 500 block of South Walnut Street shortly before 9 p.m. Friday after making four phone calls to the Bucyrus Police Department.

According to Lt. Tom Walker, public information officer for the Bucyrus Police Department, Henry made threats towards judges Sean and Shane Leuthold as well as police officers, including Walker himself. A cellular phone used to make the calls was confiscated after a search of his residence.

Walker said Henry was arrested on three counts of intimidation, all third-degree felonies, and three counts of aggravating menacing, all first-degree misdemeanors, against a government official.

Henry is being held at the Crawford County Justice Center pending court proceedings. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the incidents.
