BUCYRUSꟷA Bucyrus man was arrested on Wednesday after a complaint was investigated about a man acting peculiar in the North Sandusky Avenue and Perry Street area.

At 1:08 p.m., Wesley Efaw, 29, was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon. He was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

6:54 a.m.-A report of a person shooting a gun in the area of Bucyrus Plaza was unfounded.

9:15 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 400 block of Emerson Street.

10:04 a.m.-A report of a domestic problem in the 200 block of Dudley Street was unfounded.

11:20 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the 400 block of Emerson Street.

11:43 a.m.-A Kaler Avenue resident spoke with officers regarding problems with her neighbors.

12:05 p.m.-A report of a kid hanging out a window in the 700 block of South East Street turned out to be a person cleaning out his property.

1:42 p.m.-Officers spoke with a person regarding a domestic issue.

2:48  p.m.-Officers checked on a raccoon in the 800 block of Gay Street. It was gone upon their arrival.

3:52  p.m.-Officers checked on an open building in the 200 block of Dudley Street.

4:54  p.m.-Officers checked on a toddler that was unattended in the 400 block of East Rensselaer Street. The child was reunited with their family.

5:27  p.m.-Officers spoke with an individual about a parking complaint in the 800 block of South Poplar Street.

6:46 p.m.- A disturbance was reported in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

7:41 p.m.-Jeff Geist was arrested in the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street on a charge of trespassing. He was issued a court date to appear.

9:52 p.m.- A report of a reckless driver was made in the 1600 block of Marion Road.

1:00 a.m.-A report of suspicious people in the area of River and Tiffin Streets pushing each other in a shopping cart was investigated.

1:08 a.m.-A resident in the 1900 block of Whetstone Street reported being assaulted by a neighbor.

4:32 a.m.-Officers investigated an open line 911 call from the 800 block of Clay Street.  There was a verbal domestic at the residence but both people agreed to go to sleep for the night and leave each other alone.
