The Bucyrus Fire Department will be hosting their annual toy drive from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Saturday at the Mansfield Street station.

During the toy drive the fire station will be converted into a drive through for those dropping off the donations for the drive.

The fire department are looking for new toys for children of all ages, as well as monetary donations. The monetary donations will then be used to purchase coats, gloves, and mittens for area children in need.

Those who can’t make the toy drive are able to drop off toys at any point at the Mansfield Street station. Donations will also be accepted right now at the following locations:

  • Bucyrus Kroger (210 E. Mary St.)
  • Family Farm & Home (2460 E. Mansfield St.)
  • Firelands Federal Credit (2100 E. Mansfield St.)
  • Peoples Savings and Loan (300 S. Walnut St. and 1530 N. Sandusky Ave.)
  • FC Bank (105 Washington Square and 1605 Marion Rd.)
  • First Merit (101 S. Sandusky Ave.)
  • Dollar General (933 Hopley Ave.)
  • Family Dollar (221 S. Lane St.)
  • Bucyrus Fire Department (223 E. Mansfield St.)
